Welcome to the Ledges Resort & Marina! We are located on the St. Lawrence River across from Boldt Castle and Sunken Rock Lighthouse. We have ten cottages of various sizes spread throughout the property. Six acres of landscaped grounds and gardens wander along the river for your enjoyment. We have decks, hammocks, and gazebos along the water. The large in-ground pool is newly renovated. Each cottage has their own firepit with Adirondak chairs, and we provide firewood for free!

Spectacular views are yours from this newly renovated 1 bedroom cottage on Sawmill Bay. Three great local restaurants, shopping, marinas, tennis courts, public beach and boat launch are all within walking distance or a short drive away. Plenty of outdoor space on a private quiet road make this an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. NOTE: Hot tub is CLOSED from January 1 to April 1.

The little purple cottage is very cozy. There is a BBQ Grill and table chairs to sit outside. Views of the St Lawerence River . Great location walking distance to supermarket, restaurants , farmers market, coffee shop, brewery , shops , public boat launch, fishing and the ferry to Canada . There is a area for a nice cozy fire. I do not supply bath towels
