Monthly Rentals in Jefferson Davis Parish

My dogs and I had a great stay here. Hope to return in the future. Pristine setting. Friendly chickens. Fishing available, although I didn’t partake. My dogs and I were at a hunting competition during the day and return to rest at the sugar shack. Great place to do so. Hope to return in the future.

What a wonderful house and host! The house is beautiful and very well maintained and has everything you could possibly need/want. Our family grew up in Iowa and they all enjoyed visiting the house and reading the books/history /pictures and telling stories of the the owners and family. They have very fond memories. We will definitely be booking again next time we come to visit. Not only is it a wonderful place to stay but a time capsule down memory lane for many. Thank you!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. My daughter wanted to go back to the “really pretty Air BnB” [this place]. There definitely will be more once available; she gives a place that feels like home away from home.

We had such an amazing time! The house was so cozy and the view from the window was beautiful looking over the property. Chrissy and her husband were very friendly we got to walk around to see all the houses. Our daughter got to feed them some carrots and pet them. They even had a little pond where she could fish and they hand feed the fish so she caught one every time! There were even peacocks some ducks and geese wandering around the ponds! Every thing about our stay was absolutely perfect. This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed at! We would absolutely love to come back again! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
