The Gwideok bus stop is located right next to it, so it's convenient to come by public transportation, and there's a dedicated parking lot for those using a rental car, so parking is also convenient. There is a 24-hour central air purifier operating in the rooms and hallways, and a Hangang ramen machine has been installed in the kitchen on each floor so that you can eat ramen for free.
