Ático en un edificio de dos plantas, en el centro historico de Jerez con vistas extraordinarias sobre la catedral. Es un estudio muy bien equipado con una cama de 1,35m, cuarto de baño con ducha y cocina equipada. Aire acondicionado. Tiene una formidable terraza privada con vistas a una de las estampas más bonitas de la ciudad: la catedral. En la terraza privada hay una plancha para poder cocinar en el exterior (aparte de la cocina en el interior), una gran mesa comedor con sillas, dos tumbonas para el descanso y una toma de agua para refrescarse. Todo un lujo en pleno centro de la ciudad. Igualmente tiene acceso a la otra terraza compartida con otros inquilinos, si lo desea. Los viajeros podrán también acceder al patio donde se encuentra la piscina.
