Jerez centro historico Casa Patio Sur , Apart III

Apartamento independiente en primera planta. Muy cómodo, decorado con mucho gusto y muy bien equipado. Acceso a la piscina y a la azotea-terraza sobre el tejado con vistas excepcionales a la catedral de Jerez. Consta de comedor con cocina integrada muy bien equipada, dormitorio con baño y salón. Dormitorio con cama de 1'50 y sofá-cama 1,35 m en el salón. El dormitorio tiene una doble altura; a la parte superior se accede con una escalera de caracol y este espacio podría ser utilizado como un lugar de trabajo, lectura o relax. Es ideal para una o dos personas, pero si se quiere hacer vida de familia y sois tres o cuatro personas, hay un sofá cama muy cómodo en el salón. Es importante saber que hay solo un cuarto de baño y que está dentro de la habitación. En caso de ser tres o cuatro , hay que avisar al propietario previamente para que pueda preparar el alojamiento para su comodidad. Los inquilinos tendrán acceso a la piscina que se sitúa en el patio de la casa. Es una piscina como las que tenían algunas casas señoriales de la ciudad antiguamente: una joya y un privilegio raro para una casa del centro de la ciudad. Su uso es exclusivo para todas las personas que se hospedan en Casa Patio Sur, y hay un principio básico para todos: el respeto al descanso de los demás. También se tiene acceso a la terraza sobre el tejado, un espacio amplio que invita a disfrutar de las vistas a la catedral. En la terraza hay sillones de jardín para poder descansar y disfrutar de la vida al exterior en compañía de la familia o amigos. Igualmente hay varias hamacas para poder tomar el sol y toma de agua para refrescarse en los días calurosos. Al igual que en la piscina, su uso es exclusivo para todas las personas que se hospedan en Casa Patio Sur, y hay un principio básico para todos: el respeto al descanso de los demás.
