We really enjoyed our stay at Erik’s house. The house is amazing and we loved using the pool and hot tub. It’s in a great neighborhood with just a short walk to town for eating and shopping! I would definitely stay here again!

Cannot say enough about this amazing place! 5 star all the way. Views you can’t believe! Wonderful hosts always available for anything you need. Bed was amazing! Loved the hiking right off the property and the relaxing soak in the hot tub, steam room, sauna and pool before and after. You really don’t need to go anywhere else. We ordered food and picked it up right down the street so we could sit on our deck and stare at the beauty of the place while we had dinner. Wonderful wine available in your room. I will definitely be back!!! Ps….incredible massage steps away from our room as well. Pay the money ! GO! You will be happy you did!! Barbara and Brian

Absolutely wonderful stay. The location is perfect, very close to hiking trails, restaurants, & shopping; while still being very private. The home is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The pool & hot tube were the highlight of the trip.

The place exceeded expectations and Chris was available if we needed anything. Because of his attention to detail we wanted for nothing. We will be back.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house was spotless and incredibly comfortable — you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it clean and welcoming. The outdoor swim spa was definitely a highlight — relaxing in warm water while soaking in the incredible views was pure bliss. The location is perfect: peaceful, scenic, and close to everything we needed. The host was super responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication a breeze. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is gorgeous. Very clean. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we could need or want. Very comfortable beds and linens. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Location was fantastic with amazing views. Would be happy to stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at this house it was 30 mins away from Sedona so far enough to not deal with the holiday crowd and close enough to enjoy Sedona ,after a good day of hiking Sedona the house was very nice to come to and relax like we were home plus the backyard pool and full ambiance really kept us cool from the heat and relaxed …..thank you Shannon for being such an excellent host

Just spent my 50th birthday at this house with 3 girl friends. The house was perfect for a girls weekend. Close to hikes and restaurants. Spent many hours at the pool in backyard and every night in hot tub. House was beautiful and host was very responsive and helpful. Enjoyed it!

Sweet place, we cooked at the house and kitchen great! Comfy beds and they have really thought of everything (may have been out of lotion or we just didn’t see any, bring lotion)… SUCH a lovely stay, would do it again and probably will!

The house was wonderful. It was just far enough outside of town to be private and very peaceful. There was a little road noise from Red Rock Loop but it wasn’t horrible. Brindy and Dennis were quick to respond and very helpful with any questions. Definitely would stay here again.

Kerry sue was a very nice and helpful with step by step directions to her beautiful home. The views were amazing the greenery in the yard was flourished with flowers vine tree and so much wild life. It’s very private, relaxing and spacious property. 10/10 would rent again

We enjoyed our stay at Laura’s place in Sedona. It was close to downtown Sedona and we enjoyed seeing the area. There is a beautiful view in the neighborhood and it was easy to park and walk around. The place was in a great location and we enjoyed it. We just passed through for one night, so it was perfect!

Beautiful home with amazing views. The home was exactly what we needed- nice and clean and comfortable beds after hiking. Loved the local trails and loved the area with a market nice and close.

Beautiful home in a beautiful spot. Everything was very clean and extras like coffee being available were much appreciated. The only thing to take note of is that four beds are listed, but there are only three. It does sleep five as stated, but our party was not set up to share a bed. Overall, recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Old Town Overlook Pool House! The home was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and stocked with everything we needed. The living room was cozy with a large TV, the bedroom was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with double sinks and a large shower. The washer and dryer were a great convenience. We loved spending our mornings and evenings on the deck taking in the beautiful mountain views, and the pool was the perfect size and temperature. The location is ideal—close to downtown and a quick drive to Sedona.

We had such a wonderful time. Erik’s place was magical- quiet, peaceful and so beautiful. Erik was a perfect host and we can’t wait to book a stay with him in Sedona again. Thank you Erik for a fantastic stay at such a unique place and for helping us to build memories that will last a lifetime!

This stay was perfect for a nice getaway. The home was in a nice location about 20/25 minutes away from Sedona and the local town had some great restaurants and charm so you don’t have to travel too far in the evening. My favorite part about the stay was the beds I wish I could take that home with me they were SUPER comfortable.

The stay was a dream! It felt just like home and Pamela allowed us to check in an hour early! She was super responsive, would definitely recommend staying here!

This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! The house in Cottonwood is stunning—beautifully remodeled, incredibly spacious, and spotless. It felt like every detail was thoughtfully considered, with all the amenities you could ask for. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were huge, and the whole place had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. We especially loved the panoramic sunrise views—absolutely breathtaking to wake up to. It’s just a short drive to Sedona, making it a perfect home base for exploring the area. We were so impressed and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!
