It has 3 bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. The living room and two of the bedrooms have access to the porch overlooking the pool and landscape. The whole house has air conditioning and heating.

The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

This property is our home - we live here (in apartments on the next floor) all the time. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with respect. There's also a private parking space.
