Un lugar tranquilo y acogedor,! 😀

This is my third time staying at Jason’s place and the apartment is spacious, well ventilated and with plenty of sun light. It is close to the university area and easy to drive from the apartment to Heredia Centro or San Rafael, giving you the opportunity to find places to eat and drink.

The apartment is exactly as you see it in the photos - super clean, modern, uncluttered, very nice bathroom including the spacious shower with plants and lots of natural light. It was so nice having the secure garage available with the room. It's not always easy to find parking in San Jose, especially overnight, so it was great having the private garage. The hosts here are very responsive! Any time I sent a message, someone would reply within a minute or two. Check in is do-it-yourself following the thorough instructions form the host. It's a quick and easy process! The bed was comfortable and you get a nice view from the big window. Being right in the city, you will hear traffic noise at night, dogs barking, passenger trains - pretty typical urban noise. There are lots of great bars, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described—actually, even better than expected! What the photos don’t show is that there are two balconies, including one directly off the main bedroom, which was a lovely surprise. The space was clean and well-equipped. The fridge and other amenities were spot on, and the couch and chairs were comfortable. There’s a washer and dryer inside. Comes with a floor fan . Come to think of it, didn’t get hot at all in the apartment. Although we didn’t get a chance to fully explore the neighborhood, we noticed several nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance and The location felt safe. The hosts were very communicative throughout the stay and even arranged for us to check in early, which was a big help. The check-in process itself was seamless, and the front desk staff were welcoming and kind. Overall, it was a great stay. We’d definitely book again the next time we’re in

April’s home was absolutely perfect for what me and my partner needed. We wanted a serene spa like experience without having to go to a lot of places. We had everything we needed on our 4 day stay. There were great fresh markets on the way so we stopped for food and never had to leave out once we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. April and Tony’s welcome was warm and friendly as well as their dogs Maisa and Graco. We live on the Caribbean side and wanted to spend time in the serene mountains for a cooler and relaxing experience. This will be our get away place when we need to take a break.

🟢 Alojamiento estupendo para cuando se asista a eventos en Hacienda Sitio Mata, incluso se puede llegar a pie. 🟢Un lugar bastante tranquilo y seguro. 🟢 Las amenidades son acorde a lo descrito. 🟢 Marlon esta muy atento a las necesidades. 🟡 El parqueo es al borde de la calle (Parqueo 1) pero tiene un espacio para guardar los carros a menos de 40mts mas seguro (Parqueo 2) un poco empinado pero mas escondido, de igual forma, la zona es muy tranquila. Muy recomendado.

Clean and comfortable! I had to book this Airbnb very last minute so I truly appreciate the quick response I received. The house was very clean and the neighborhood felt safe.

Nos alojamos por qué teníamos una actividad en el monumento nacional Guayabo. La ubicación fue idónea por qué estábamos a 20 minutos. La estancia vale la pena y ofrece una vista bellísima para desayunar al aire libre. De haber estado más tiempo, nos hubiera gustado pintar u a piedra, pues la opción estaba.

Communication with the host was excellent. Very helpful and responsive. The cabin was great. Kitchen well stocked. Bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful. Note that the 5:30 am morning sun comes in and the animals get up that early. If you want to sleep in, bring eye covers and ear plugs. We had a lovely breakfast on the porch looking at the volcano. Overall, it was a good stay.

Excellent host, and one of the best equipped homes we have stayed in!! Very well decorated and sure made you feel the luxury component that this place offers. Directly around the corner from the unit is common area with conference rooms , gym, and an elegant lap pool backed by a forested setting! Highly recommended option!!

Federico’s place is airy, light and comfortable. It has a wonderful spacious back patio where we spent time talking and lingering over meals. And Federico was very supportive and responsive

Excelente lugar. Muy bonito y acogedor. La decoración estaba bien bonita. El edificio tiene vista fabulosa, una barra en el lobby y la decoración de los pisos con diferentes concepto me gusto. 100% recomendado.

Perfect landing spot in the city, fantastic facilities. Wish we had more days and would have stayed longer just to explore the building and surrounding restaurants.

El departamento es igual a las fotos, muy limpio, ordenado y estético. David siempre estuvo atento y dio instrucciones útiles. El condominio cuenta con muchas facilidades, además de la plaza que es muy completa. Me encantó el lugar.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, well appointed, very very clean and in a vibrant and walkable neighborhood. The host is kind and responds quickly.

We booked this Airbnb late in the evening after touring in the mountains. We didn’t really use any of the other amenities because we were flying out the next day. We just used this as a crash pad. The bed was comfortable and shower was nice. The only thing missing was coffee, there were two ways to make coffee but no coffee available. Since we got in late there was really no where to buy any either. Overall, the place was nice, clean and staff was friendly.
