물왕멀은 전주의 과거와 현재가 아름답게 어우러지는 특별한 마을입니다. 한때 전주역 관사로 사용되었던 이 건물은, 그 당시의 흔적을 고스란히 간직하며 시간을 거슬러 올라가는 여행을 선사합니다. 이 한옥의 인테리어는 기성품을 사용하지 않고, 모든 요소가 장인의 손길을 거쳐 하나하나 만들어졌습니다. 물왕멀의 앞 부분을 감싸고 있는 붉은 벽돌은 그 역사적인 기억을 품고 , 낡은 부분은 정성스럽게 보수하고 일부는 그대로 보존되어 과거와 현재를 이어주는 다리 역할을 합니다. 또한 페인트칠 없이 고재로만 만들어진 서까래를 꼭 감상해 보세요. 세월의 흔적이 고스란히 묻어 있는 이 서까래는 단순한 건축 요소를 넘어, 자연과 시간이 빚어낸 예술작품처럼 느껴집니다. 마치 시간이 멈춘 듯한, 고요하고 차분한 분위기 속에서 전통의 가치를 온몸으로 느껴보세요.

Come stay at our modern studio guesthouse (on the left). Hike the surrounding trails, relax at the lakeside park, take a short walk to the Baekje Military Museum or enjoy our large yard/deck. Near Daejeon/Yeonmudae/Gyeryong. We have recently built an in-ground, salt water lap pool (summer 2020). It is available for use May-September.
