128-year-old cottage with sleeping on the stove

A 128-year-old cottage featuring sleeping on a wood-fired stove with heating in the stone walls, or without heating in the bedroom. A beautiful setting in a hilly landscape overlooking a pond and a chapel. The village has 13 inhabitants and a garden center with sheep farming. If you're looking for peace and quiet in a stone house surrounded by beautiful nature, we are your best choice. We have recently built a Finnish sauna, and there is an infrared sauna in the bedroom. A third person sleeps on an extra bed in the kitchen.

New house in the countryside

The detached house is located in a quiet environment by the pond. It is suitable for 4 to 6 people. The building has two separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The house is ideal for families with children, couples and groups of friends. There are forests, meadows and a water area nearby. The location is suitable for walking, cycling and relaxation. Nearby there is a small zoo, a farm with domestic animals and there is also the possibility of fishing in the adjacent pond.

Útulná rybářská chatka u lesa a rybníka, kde čas plyne pomaleji. Ráno si užijete klidnou snídani na piknikové dece, projížďku na loďce a během dne se osvěžíte pod solární sprchou nebo si odpočinete v hamace s výhledem na západ slunce. Nově u nás najdete i soukromou saunu na dřevo – ideální rituál pro prohřátí těla po celém dni. Večer vás pak zahřeje praskající krb nebo ohniště pod širým nebem, zatímco nad hlavou tiše poletují netopýři. Ideální místo pro chvíle ticha a útěk do přírody.

Jednopokojový slunný byt s kuchyňským koutem, vlastní koupelnou a WC. Dům postaven cca 1830 na základech středověké brány do města na cestě "Svatá Anna" z Čelkovic, leží těsně pod hradbami na jižním svahu nad údolím řeky Lužnice, 2 minuty pěšky od hlavního náměstí. Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). Vchodové dveře opatřeny kódovým zámkem (kód bude zaslán smskou) = samoobslužný check-in. Tábor (not Prague!)

Navštiv malou chatičku uprostřed lesa v úplném soukromí, co si zasloužila druhou šanci. Podobně jako většina věcí uvnitř chaty, které jsou znovu použité předměty zachráněné před vyhozením. Vnitřní prostor je inspirovaný pověstnou volností a divokostí okolní přírody, přímo tam kde vznikly první osady a to jen pár minut od Prahy. Místo je ideální pro ty, kteří chtějí být v kontaktu s přírodou při každém kroku - při snídani nebo vaření, při koupeli nebo dokonce při usínání.

The cottage is located in the middle of beautiful nature, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, and offers a unique stay without electricity, where you can really relax and recharge your batteries. In the cottage you will find only what you really need - the warmth of the stove, the light of candles, comfortable sleeping and the peace that we are hard to find today. Instead of Wi-Fi, you'll find the rustling of the forest, the singing of birds and the starry sky.

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change.
