The house is located at the top of its private 1000m2 lot which gives it a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside and the Joannas pond where ducks lead a quiet life. Accommodation capacity up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

You enjoy in absolute calm a panoramic view to Mont Ventoux from the ventilated covered terrace or the large swimming pool. The cottage is classified as a 4* furnished tourism in the village of Chassiers. It accommodates 7 persons in 3 bedrooms The beds are modular. Cleaning, wifi, Netflix, prepared bedding and towels are included.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
