House holiday rentals in Johns Island

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location is in a very nice neighborhood and very close to lots of Charleston's favorite things to do. Liz was a great host giving specific directions as well as checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. However, we did not need to request anything additional than what was provided. Check in and check out was an easy process. We will stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Seabrook Island! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Lecian was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and attentive. She promptly answered all our questions and made communication a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture: a snack basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived—such a pleasant surprise! We had planned to grill one evening but noticed the gas tank was nearly empty. Lecian wasted no time and had a replacement tank delivered the very same day. She also graciously offered us a late checkout on our departure day, which was very much appreciated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Beach Club. We enjoyed taking the provided bicycles on a quick five-minute ride to the club to relax by the pool and dine at Pelicans Nest. Can't wait to return!

This is a nice house with a lot of really great perks. The golf cart, kayaks, fishing rods, beach equipment, and more made it easy to enjoy the week. The location is peaceful and ideal for fishing but not perfect for swimming or waves; we went to adjacent Hunting Island State Park for the kids to ride waves (a state park pass is included by the host). We enjoyed our week!

The place was great, quiet neighborhood, very convenient for all the things we wanted to do. It's close to the airport, so it was a snap picking up and dropping off my friends. We were visiting one of my bestie's kids who is in apprentice school for the navy, so we grabbed him for the holiday weekend, and we had a great time hanging out! We ate at great restaurants and made terrific meals at the house, as well. Everything we needed to cook was available in the kitchen. The house is pet-friendly which i am extremely appreciative of!!! Thanks for allowing us to stay! It was super comfortable and relaxing!

We had the most incredible time staying at Corrie’s place in Folly Beach for our moms getaway girls trip! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, fun bars and restaurants, and a super cool 24/7 market. The house itself is a dream—spacious, luxurious, and designed with the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor lounge areas to relax and connect. The hot tub and pool were absolutely next level. Corrie was a fantastic host, and everything was seamless from start to finish. If you’re considering booking—stop looking and just do it!!!! We’d come back in a heartbeat!

The house was rented specifically for a golf weekend. It was very close proximity wise to both golf courses we played. Large pool was nice to have after a hot round of golf.

Communication with the property owner was great. The property was advertised perfectly and value priced. We had a blast and will try to return in the future.

The location was amazing. We booked this listing to get away and it definitely allowed us to do that. The grounds are beautiful and make you want to just sit and watch all the wildlife around you. Cyndi and Stephen were amazing hosts. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend this listing. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything you need.

Great stay! Nice little renovated home. Overall a clean place with everything you need. A little “out there” but the main road is about 10 minutes away. Easy to get in with a keypad lock. Comfy beds! Only negative is that it was a little hard to get Ubers to go out there or pick us up, so keep that in mind.

Beautiful architectural-quality house with a great kitchen and living spaces made us feel right at home. Beautiful views through mossy live oaks across the marsh. We hated to leave, and would certainly stay here again.

The House/location was wonderful! It was a perfect choice for a birthday girls’ weekend getaway. My only complaint was that the wifi was out when we got there and I messaged the host and got an automated message in response and nothing was done.

What a great place! The pictures do it justice but when you get there it is even better. The home is beautiful and there is much attention to detail paid to the design. We also loved the fact that you could actually cook a meal there. Kitchen is stocked and the home feels lived in, which is great change of pace from investor Airbnbs that don’t have anything you need to cook a meal. Allison was super responsive and great to work with. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again. Nothing but great things to say, 10/10!

Darby was super communicative and welcoming. Noise from the upstairs unit was a bit obnoxious at times, but nothing to complain about. Overall great stay!

Excellent Airbnb! Great convenient location to Charleston, beaches, restaurants, and attractions. We attended a family event in Charleston and then another one at Edisto Island. This was a perfect location. Hosts were wonderful and communication was easy and prompt. The house was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Enjoy your stay in this wonderful house.

Our family of 4 (2 kids) plus our dog had an amazing stay at Michelle's place! The house is beautiful, quiet, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. Having bikes, beach towels, and some other things for the beach readily available in their garage is so helpful. We will definitely plan to stay again!

From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the charming coastal vibe that this beautiful home offers. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The heated pool became our favorite spot before and after the beach day! Folly Beach is full of charm, and this location gave us easy access to it all—beach walks less than five minutes, local restaurants! Downtown Charleston is just a 15 min drive away for a nice getaway! We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of our return. If you’re looking for the perfect beach escape, 10 Red Sunset Lane is a true gem. Highly recommend! 🌅🏖️

We stayed here for our wedding weekend because our venue was right down the road, and it was the best decision we could have made. Denise and Tanya are excellent hosts and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The house itself is immaculate, clean, and comfortable. All the creature comforts are in place and of great quality. The property is also amazing. Perfectly serene and beautiful. There’s horses you can feed and a pond to fish in. Don’t hesitate to book this place if you’re needing a spot on Johns Island.

We really enjoyed Emanuel's cottage. The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our short stay. We appreciated Emanuel's hospitality and thoughtfulness very much. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some simple meals and there were many provisions for making coffee and tea as well as snacks. Very grateful to stay here while visiting our son who is in the Navy.

This charming house felt like home! Definitely a must if you want to be near shopping and only 15-20 to King street in downtown Charleston. Loved the house, and the host was very helpful giving me referrals to local businesses. This house is very clean and newly renovated, beautifully done!

This is a very special place - the bungalow is absolutely perfect and the marsh view, spectacular. We enjoyed the Spring House, Nancy was amazing! And the facility was 4 star. We rented bikes and the trails were spectacular - just a slice of nature you do not expect. If you have the chance to experience the Bluebird and Kiawah River, do it, you will not regret it!
