Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Johns Pass

Nice little place close to everything hopefully the prices come down soon.

I had a few choices and Jeremy's place was the most expensive of the 3 options. I stayed in another unit in same apt. complex previously, which was excellent and less expensive. I am glad I paid up because it was well worth it. I just wish he had availability for my next stay here! Great space; great fixtures; comfortable; warm; inviting

We loved the condo for the location. It can’t be beat. It is close to everything. Anthony was very responsive and communicative regarding check in and check out. The patio off the back was great to just sit and watch the boats coming in and out. The condo had everything we needed for our short stay. Very relaxing. I would book with him again.

Wonderful place. Agnes communicated clearly and checked up on us the whole time we were there. The condo was stocked with everything we needed: linens, paper products, stuff for the beach and even basic supplies for cooking. The condo complex was well maintained. It is one of the cleanest places we’ve rented. And the mattress was firm, not needing replacing. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and location is convenient to the airport and other Tampa attractions.

We enjoyed our stay here ! There was a lot of room for the 5 of us. Everything you will need is in the home. The gated community felt safe. The area is perfect only a 7 minute drive to beach ! The pool was beautiful and nice. Do note this condo is on the 3rd floor and has stairs only. It was not a issue for us ! Parking was not a issue , plenty of spaces. Check in and out was easy no issues. We would definitely book with Agnes and Paul again in the future :)

Fabulous place! Well appointed, everything you need for a relaxing week on the bay. Loved waking up to dolphins, manatees and sting rays swimming in the waters below. Perfect viewing from the large balcony as you sip your morning coffee. Fishing off the storm wall was fun, a little bit of everything was caught (nice to have a bait shop "bay pines bait & tackle" right across the bridge). Quick note - no more dock, lost to the last hurricane, like most wooden docks in the area - not a big deal. Pool was refreshing and well kept, we swam daily. Having Doc Ford's, a restaurant/bar, just a few steps from the place also a big plus. Chicken wings / extra crispy - can't go wrong. Some previous guests mentioned traffic noise from the hwy, we experienced very little of that. Once in the apartment the last thing you think about is traffic noise - a nice retreat. We'll be back!

Great spot for us as a couple. Balcony views, pool, hot tub, close to fun beach areas. We seen manatees and dolphins everyday.

Great spot for visiting Treasure Island with the family. Very nice beach with cabana rentals, the Beach Bar was perfectly located with great staff, and the entire property was well-maintained by the onsite staff. The room accommodated our family with teens nicely and we were able to make nice breakfasts and lunches in the kitchen. Dinner places are all around but recommend taking an Uber to avoid sparse parking at some places. Downtown St. Pete's nearby is great for a break from beach with good shopping, nice restaurants, and our favorite the Dali Museum. We want to book again next year. Thank you for your hospitality

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

We loved our stay at Matthew’s place in Tierre Verde, FL. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This condo is also very child friendly and made travelling with our 2 year old a breeze. The condo was spotless and fantastic! We will definitely be back!

What an awesome stay! Lana was so communicative and we loved everything. It was great having all beach equipment available, as well as coloring books for the kids and even charging cables to borrow! LOVED the access to fans and noise machines. The location was perfect, and so quiet and clean. Lana made amazing accommodations when our plans changed and ensured our stay was comfortable. It was just a minute away from the beach, and we walked to a new restaurant every night. HIGHLY recommend for your beach stay!

Our Condo was clean and well stocked. It was a perfect location to have easy access to the beach and local stores. Jordyn was beyond helpful and attentive. She always went above and beyond with my requests. We hope to be back and enjoy the condo again some day.

The location was prefect, the amenities were exactly as advertised. Clean, large enough space to host our family of 22 without feeling like we were on top of each other. The kids were entertained throughout our stay and never go bored with all there is to do.

This house gave me and all my best friends the best memories! We spent every night playing games or enjoying the hot tub and beautiful patio. We did not have a car but everything we needed was within easy walking distance- especially the quick 10 minute walk to the beach where we spent most of our days. The space was clean, beachy, beautiful, and had everything we needed to create lifelong memories!

5 Stars – Perfect Stay! This Airbnb was absolutely incredible! The pool was hands-down the highlight. sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax. The home itself had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and you could tell the host really takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming space. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, no stress, no confusion, just smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Without a doubt the HOUSE OF PALMS is beautiful and has something for everyone. I have discerning taste, this home is AWESOME! So beautifully decorated, clean, comfy. Largo is a hop, skip and a jump from beautiful Indian Rocks. Publix is a mile down the road, very convenient. TVs in every bedroom which in our family is important after a full day in the pool or on the beach. Johnny is so responsive, kind. Great time, thank you Johnny

The house was absolutely perfect for us! Very comfortable & clean!! The house is located in a very convenient area, just a small walk to the beach. I will definitely look to stay here again if we plan a trip to this area!

The home was wonderful! We traveled to St. Petersburg for a college graduation and it was an easy drive to the campus. Conveniently located close to a number of restaurants 5 minutes away. The pool and living room offered a pleasant break after long days and the kitchen was perfect for family meals. I can’t say enough about how great our stay was. Thank you. Andrew!

Billie & Mindy's studio is the perfect place to stay for a solo traveller. The apartment was clean, quiet, cozy and well-stocked. I loved the courtyard decorations and being able to walk to the waterfront, local restaurants & shops, etc. Location couldn't be better, St Pete and other major beaches are all within 10-20 min drive. Highly recommend, would stay here again in a heartbeat.
