Do you want to come to the peace and quiet of nature? A rural idyll of about 90 sqm, detached property with kitchen, bathroom, living room, three bedrooms and conservatory and balcony. There is a possibility to rent a hot tub for an additional cost. On the farm, we also run a restaurant with various events during the summer. Welcome! When you step in, the entrance lights are turned off by motion. Take off your outerwear/shoes and follow the stairs down to the living room with a sleeping alcove that offers adjustable beds, sofa and armchair. Choose from TV or big screen projector for best movie experience. Mibox gives you multiple apps for streaming, wifi available! The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, induction stove, hot air fryer and washing machine. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower, toilet and storage.

The accommodation offers a unique experience of relaxation by the lakeside, featuring a private sauna, hot tub, and a tranquil relaxation area right by the water with its own jetty. Just a few steps from the sauna, you can take a refreshing dip in the clear lake and then unwind in the warm jacuzzi. Simsjön is a scenic and peaceful spot, perfect for escaping everyday stress and spending quality time together. You can borrow your own boat to explore the lake and enjoy fishing 🎣🌿

The back of the property is surrounded by deep, idyllic forest directly connected to the grounds, while the front provides a unique vista of the beautiful lake! Approximately 100 meters from the cottage, you’ll find a cozy public bathing area. Explore the nature and hiking trails around the lake. 3 kilometers to the nearest golf course.

Cozy decorated mill from the early 1800s

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is dishwasher induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs there was a carpenter's workshop which is now a modern TV room with wifi, amplifier,Chromecast, speaker system and projector. Shower is in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep garden has garden furniture and spa bath. Wood stove in the kitchen. Sauna available.

Big apartment right by the lake

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the large house with its own entrance. It has three double rooms with room for six overnight guests and a large living room with space for two more. All bedrooms have windows facing the lake. You have access to a private beach with a wood-fired sauna and fishing in the lake. There are also good opportunities for walking, running and cycling tours in the surrounding area and the forest.

Fantastic bathroom with relaxing sauna and jacuzzi. Large terrace with outdoor furniture and a rowing boat can be used for wonderful fishing trips. There is a large garden between the lake and the house. Close to services and shops in Mullsjö which in winter is a ski resort with eight slopes. The house is located 100 meters from ski trails / jogging track. Mullsjö is famous for it´s beautiful nature.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Everything you need is here. The house is a stone's throw from Vättern and lovely walking paths & nature areas. The house has fast Wi-Fi, sauna, large parking, grill, outdoor kitchen, heated pool in summer, hot tub and a large lawn for playing. Good bus connections into Jönköping city center and 5 minutes into Bankeryd city center.
