City of Wil (Zurich-St. Gallen route) with public transport is 20 minutes away. The apartment can be reached in 5 minutes from the bus station. Kitchen fully equipped, living room with large leather sofa. Washing machine, dryer in consultation for shared use. Parking included.

GöttiFritz - 360-degree views with breakfast

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Experience and inhabit paradise

Charming pavilion with double bed (sofa bed) and bathroom. To heat the cottage, fire up the heating fireplace, cozy warmth is guaranteed! In summer, a mass camp in the barn is also available, e.g. for families. There is a kitchen available, about 20m from the cottage. On request, we will provide a breakfast for an extra charge of Fr. 13.- per person, which must be paid in advance as we have unfortunately had bad experiences.

From your vacation home you have a direct view of the Säntis. Nearby you will find picturesque hiking trails and small farms offering regional products. In winter, the landscape invites you on beautiful snowshoe hikes. This vacation home is the ideal retreat for families or friends who want to enjoy tranquility, nature and comfort in perfect harmony. Immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere and unwind.

Cozy studio on the first floor, in Appenzellerland

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). A grill bowl is available there. The bus or Appenzellerbahn train can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).

Attic apartment

The upstairs apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom (bed 160cm) and a living room with sofa bed. Second bedroom (bed 140cm) is adjacent to the apartment. A small seating area with a covered smoking cottage is also at their disposal. Allergy sufferers: pets live in the lower area of the house. Smokers: only outside!

The apartment is located in a two-family house near the village of Kirchberg in a quiet, rural area. Nearby are: forest, meadows, bakery & supermarket. The outdoor area may be used in consultation with the owners, as well as the barbecue area. Perfectly located for walks and tours in the Appenzellerland & Alpstein. We look forward to seeing you!
