Monthly Rentals in Josipovac Punitovački

The apartment was great, large, clean and completely sufficient for us as a family of 3. The apartment is accessible via the backyard and separated by a gate, so we could enjoy total privacy and use the garden superbly for playing with our child. There was some paperwork to do regarding the check-in, but everything went smoothly. We were also lucky that we were allowed to leave the apartment at 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, as we had to bridge the lunch break and would otherwise have been stranded somewhere. Overall a clear recommendation!

An exceptional apartment in a great location. The accommodation itself is neat, with all the necessary amenities even for a longer stay. The location is excellent because all the amenities (shops, squares, cafes, restaurants...) are available on foot in a few minutes' walk. Bus and tram stations as well. Private parking is provided, so your car is safe. It definitely offers more than it is worth and I can say that it even exceeded our expectations. Paula is nothing but praise. From kindness, detailed instructions, care that everything is fine... You will feel like you are at your own home!
