During the first exchanges, we have a few misunderstandings. On the other hand, once there, Sébastien was kind and took the time to explain to me the means of access and useful practical information. The place was nice in a relatively quiet residence. A little extra is that it tends to keep the cool in summer if you ventilate it at the right time and close the shutters. This allowed me to spend a period of warmth, no problem.

Lots of thoughtful touches in the accommodation. Perfect for a couple.

Had a pleasant stay. Mathilde is very responsive. The apartment was clean and consistent with the description of the listing. Its location is ideal, located close to the train station and close to bus stops, which greatly facilitates getting around. In addition, the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with many shops and restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to have a comfortable and worry-free stay.

Studio as described, in a very quiet building while being ideally located. (Proximity to shops, restaurants, places to visit...) Pierre and Kari are very responsive and the communication was very nice.

A great place to stay! A few things were a little broken, and needed repair, but overall a great spacious flat. Could have done with more cooking utensils and pots/pans as we struggled to cook with what was there! Fab location- loved the street. Great outdoor area & private parking which was exceptional.

All as described. Beautiful complex. A great experience. Great host. Ideal for excursions or simply enjoying the life at the farm.

We (family of four) stayed for 3 nights and explored Tours and surroundings. Spacious accommodation in Tours, apartment was clean and host was responsive and friendly (Bartira communicated in English with us - which was super helpful and easy). Parking space was convenient and a bonus in France. Value for money and will recommend for families and small group of friends. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Damir (I didn't have the same schedule as Lucie) was a perfect host: welcoming, friendly and considerate. Even though I didn't meet him immediately (he was temporarily absent), his instructions were very clear and I was able to put my things down without difficulty while waiting for him. Damir and Lucie's ground floor accommodation (they live upstairs) was exactly what I was looking for for my week-long business trips to Touraine: both 15 minutes from the center of Tours and quiet, close to highways and shopping centers by car. As for the apartment, it was very clean and had the necessary amenities. Arrived on a Sunday evening, I was able to quickly do my shopping the next day. I thank them once again for their welcome and availability, I will not hesitate to contact them again if my work calls me back to the region! I recommend them!

Laetitia is very nice, caring and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare your delicious meal! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we did not get very hot (we appreciated having blankets available). We had a lovely weekend! And all of my friends and I highly recommend taking this place.

We were greeted by a smiling host. Small touches had been planned for our arrival, and everything was thought of to make our stay easier. We were pleasantly surprised by the space of the apartment, which is larger than in the photos. In a quiet street, but close to restaurants and bars, the location was ideal. Very nice and functional accommodation in a quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes' walk from the train station and 20 minutes from the historic center. Would definitely stay again!
