Équipé d'un mini frigo, micro onde, cafetière à piston, bouilloire, thé. Situé au calme sur les bords du Cher et à 7 mn en voiture du centre ville de Tours, à 15 mn en vélo. Donc si vous chercher de la tranquillité à deux pas la ville , c'est ici ! Possibilité de se garer dans la cour de la maison. Terrain fermé.
