Elle est paisible, centrale et à quelques pas de nombreux commerces et du Tramway (République à 200m)qui vous permettra d’être à Tours centre en 15 minutes. La rocade a proximité, ouvre l’accès aux autoroutes A10, A28 et A85. Le logement est bien équipé (2 TV, Internet, cuisine équipée…), pourvu d’une décoration chaleureuse et soignée et d’un jardinet avec terrasse aménagée.
