The listing provides what it promises in the listing and the pictures: the apartment is very pleasant, well arranged, clean, and perfectly equipped, in a quiet neighborhood, and the value of which is also raised by the large terrace. It's also great for transportation: a bus stop 1 minute away on foot, and your own car can be parked in a safe place next to the entrance. Carina is an attentive and helpful host, open to any questions and respond quickly. I highly recommend their home to anyone who wants to experience the hustle and bustle of Graz, but want to return home to a calm, small-town environment for the evening.

The road upto the place is narrow and very steep. An alternative route is a detour of 20 kms but also goes through the forest with unclear markings. These should be kept in mind. Otherwise the room was great

Intimate but well cared for accommodation, nice inner courtyard with garden. Comfortable bed, large shower, only the sink is really too small! Easy to find, the area is quiet but it is very quick to reach the center, both by car and bus. Free parking in front of the building.
