LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace and your own private garden. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

Nature & adventure vacation home

At an altitude of approx. 600 meters above sea level, at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by nature, you will find our vacation cottage. Although in the middle of the forest, you are only about 10 km from the nearest supermarket, gas station, etc. In our fast-moving time, this should be a place to enjoy time in nature and tranquility. During your stay, we look forward to a visit to the Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (approx. 10 minutes by car from the cottage)

Die schöne, im Juni 2026 neu renovierte, ~50m2 große Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt in Graz. Mitten im Zentrum gelegen, gelangst du zum Hauptplatz ebenso wie zum hippen Lendplatz in 5min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle sind 2min entfernt, in 10min bist du am Hauptbahnhof. Mitten im Leben, trotzdem ist die Unterkunft ruhig gelegen und ladet zum Wohnen und/oder Arbeiten ein.
