Die Küchenzeile ist komplett ausgestattet mit Induktionskochfeld, Spülmaschine, Backofen-Mikrowellen-Kombi, Geschirr, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Das moderne Bad verfügt über eine Walk-In-Dusche mit Glastrennwand und einen Föhn. Perfekt für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt!

High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

The modern house with 9 individual apartments, clinkered with high-quality materials, has existed since 1992 and has an unobstructed view of the Wadden Sea. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Juist sandy beach. Bakery, supermarket and various other shops are also just a few 100 meters away. The walk to the harbor is also only 10 to 15 minutes.
