Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Cozy apartment just minutes from the beach

SYL offers everything you are looking for in a holiday home. The apartment can accommodate four people (plus baby) and is equipped with every comfort. In the two cozy bedrooms you will find a double bed and two single beds. The apartment has been completely refurbished in 2020. The large living room offers a lot of living space. Together you eat generously at the long table with six nice chairs. Of course you can have modern conveniences such as WiFi, BluRay, Chromecast and Spotify Connect.

The chalet is placed in a unique location close to the beach and a view over the bulb fields + dunes. The accommodation is located next to our beautiful riding school; we try to take our guests into account as much as possible with regard to (noise) nuisance, but we do work to take care of our horses. "Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (11, 14, 17 and 19 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Juul Beach Loft: Comfortable, right by the dunes

Wake up with the surf in the background. Open the doors to the French balcony and breathe in the salty sea air, with sweeping views over the dunes. After a wonderful day outdoors, you rinse the sand between your toes in the brand-new, renovated bathroom (March 2026). This contemporary, warm loft (max. 4 people) offers luxurious comfort right on the edge of the dunes. In 10 minutes, you can walk to the wide North Sea beach and the cozy pavilion. Includes a private parking space!

Sandepark 127 is located in Groote Keeten, a small village directly on the coast and 3 km north of the cozy and touristy village of Callantsoog. The Sandepark is a quiet and green holiday park about 600 m from the coast. The wide sandy beach is great for beach recreation: swimming, surfing, fishing, kite flying, blokarting and paddle boarding. In the immediate vicinity of Groote Keeten, you will find beautiful hiking and cycling routes through beautiful nature reserves.

Have breakfast at sunrise or enjoy culinary delights from the Weber BBQ, or just enjoy the sun loungers.

Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back, a spacious garden room with fireplace and next to it a private garden. You can heat the garden room with the fireplace. In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Wonderful apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!

Heidehof Vacation Home

Heidehof is a detached cottage for 6 persons located in one of the most beautiful areas of Texel. On the West side of the island near the woods and the beach with an free view over the meadows, the dunes and the church of Den Hoorn. Rabbits, buzzards, harriers and owls regularly visit Heidehof. In the evening you can enjoy the most beautiful starlit sky in the Netherlands, kept warm by the log fire in the fireplace.
