Great location, spacius, clean and good service. Great gym, sunny pool and beach area. Very good service from sweet Jelena. The contruction area near by did not disturb us and looked to be finished soon. Thank you!

Great place with a great view and a huge balcony and especially the towels presentation was great as well as the place was very clean and smelled good ! I will definitely stay again next time im in the city and the host was very responsive and check in was very easy !

Our stay at Vadim's apartment was wonderful. We particularly valued the comfortable seating options and the meticulous attention to detail throughout. I looked and read every review under the sun before settling on a place for our Dubai trip with 3 kids. Look no further, this place is incredible. The views are worth every penny and the location is unbeatable. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the team was very responsive. The building is beautiful and has great security. Our kids loved waking up and strolling down to the beach followed by the pool right after. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Dubai!

Great location must stay and will stay again

Beautiful and excellent location for those who want going to the beach. Right in front, with umbrellas, towels, beach chairs, etc. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and with everything you may need. The view from the balcony is so beautiful and relaxing. We will be back with no doubt!!

The property was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, peaceful yet close to everything. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality holiday home experience!

The place was wonderful! The service provided was excellent we truly felt at home. The apartment was spotless and welcoming. We stayed with our 2-year-old daughter, and it was perfect for children. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. Murat was a fantastic host—responsive, courteous, and made sure everything was seamless. I felt at home from the moment I arrived. This will be my go-to place whenever I’m in Dubai. Highly recommended!

everything was perfect, we had a dream holiday, the house was clean with my wife and baby, frank and his team always responded quickly to our problems, only an additional long thin carpet is needed in the corridor, everything else in the house was perfect and clean, all the technology tools in the house were of good quality

Great host, apartment was very clean. We had an issue with the Aircon, but host was very responsive and got it resolved quickly. Helpful and friendly, highly recommend Rim!

Easy communication, flexible check in/out, assistance with luggage storage. Huge apartment with stunning marina views from all panoramic windows, side sea view from balcony and one bedroom. Fully equipped - TVs in every room, two coffee machines, juice press, etc. Beach is very close - just do not use Google maps route, use Google map and common sense. Highly recommended.
