Excellent location near the Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, Old Dubai and different places of convenience, the host is very attentive and helped us a lot. Without a doubt, we recommend it and we will stay again. 10/10

The accommodation is simply stunning – stylish, super cozy, and decorated with so much attention to detail that you instantly feel at home. Everything was spotlessly clean and perfectly prepared. We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Shai’s place (Reem Townhouse). From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Shai was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with Swimming Pool, kids Play Area, Gym, Basket Ball, etc. We enjoyed exploring the area as well. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

The apartment is excellent. Has all the amenities you are looking for. I debated many days to stay at a palm hotel or an apartment, and made the right decision by staying here. Location is wonderful, pool, beach, restaurants, public transportation. Andre on top of all that is very easy to communicate with. Had to change my dates because of airline changes and he was very understandable. One of the things that was important to me is who you are renting from and you can’t be in better hands that Andre. Without a doubt excellent experience.

I had a fantastic 10-day stay at this apartment. The location couldn’t have been better — just a few minutes from JBR and an easy 10-minute walk to Dubai Marina Mall, with a supermarket only 2 minutes away for anything I needed. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and really well equipped. I especially appreciated the little touches like washing liquid, cleaning products, tea, coffee, and other essentials — it made settling in so much easier without having to buy lots of supplies. Nergis was a wonderful host — kind, responsive, and very flexible throughout my stay. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

I had to come to Dubai for a week but I could have easily stayed a month here. Things I loved: - Great Location - literally the best location in Marina (especially if you need to leave Marina via car) - Lots of towels and extra sheets - Amazing Gym with newer equipment that isn't busy - Tons of restaurants and grocery stores (literally I arrived at 11pm at night and there is a late night market directly beside the building) - Lots of elevators (this is important so you're not waiting forever for an elevator) - Friendly host, super responsive and flexible - Friendly staff, always smiling and nice Would stay again here 5/5 thanks again!

The apartment is ideally located a few steps from the sea and the marina, it was very clean and spacious. The host is very responsive in their answers to questions via messaging and the explanations were very clear

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Almira was a wonderful host. Very easy to communicate with. Her apartment is really beautiful and in a wonderful location. A bit noisy because of the busy roads but we had no problem sleeping. Definitely a must stay place.

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!
