Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

We arrived very late, but the host's agent was already waiting at the apartment—such a relief! The place smelled fresh and clean the moment we stepped in. The view was amazing, and the apartment had all the amenities we could ask for. The host even prepared everything we requested in advance! About a 15 mins walk to the beach, making it a great choice if you're exploring the Palm area. The only minor issue was the bedroom curtains not being fully blackout. Still, highly recommend this spot!

My friend and I visited Dubai for the first time. After a long search, we found Hichem’s apartment — and it was amazing! We arrived late at night, but Hichem was there to welcome us and guide us through the apartment. He explained everything clearly and even provided us with fresh fruit and water. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Dubai and were able to rest well in the apartment. Thank you very much, Hichem, for the excellent service!

The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet just a short ride from everything. Whether I was relaxing on the balcony with a coffee or exploring the neighborhood, every moment felt easy and enjoyable. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. I honestly didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended — I’d return in a heartbeat.
