Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Jumeirah Village Circle

The place was super clean, and the location was just perfect! We were only about a 10-minute walk from Dubai Mall, and the view from the pool was amazing. The building was really well-kept, the apartment had everything we needed, and Julius was always available, day or night, whenever we needed something! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

This apartment is in a really great spot right in my favorite neighborhood of Dubai. If you’re looking for a place where you feel like you’re truly at home, this is the one. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The apartment was spotless and beautifully arranged. You can feel that Kristine put a lot of heart and effort into it. Total woo vibes! Kristine herself was wonderful super responsive, warm, and everything you would hope for in a host. Simply perfect stay! The B&B turned out to be exactly as in the photos, if not better. From the very first moment, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness: every room was perfectly tidy, sanitized and cared for in every detail. It is rare to find accommodation where the cleanliness is so evident and constant. The structure is splendid, organized with taste and intelligence. Each space has been designed to offer comfort and practicality, without ever sacrificing aesthetics. The furnishings are modern but cozy, and the layout of the rooms makes the stay very pleasant, whether it is a weekend or a longer stay. All the promised services were present and fully functional: from the fast Wi-Fi connection to the equipped kitchen, from the air conditioning to the hot water always available, nothing was missing. The care and attention of the managers in wanting to offer a unique experience is clearly perceived

I really appreciated that, since I stayed a bit longer, the hosts kindly offered me a complimentary cleaning — such a thoughtful touch! Our stay at this property in Dubai was exceptional. The apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including cookware, dishes, a broom, mop, laundry facilities, and detergent. The view of the Burj Khalifa was truly breathtaking, and the location within walking distance to Dubai Mall was incredibly convenient. We were thoroughly impressed and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Feriel place was amazing in walking distance of so many locations and attractions , he was attentive and responsive to any questions I’ve asked . In side the property had hi many things to keep you occupied and the kitchen. Was well equipped one of my favorite parts . I would book again a super plus on the views of the beqcg and Marina !

We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Maria’s cozy home was exactly what we were looking for. The space was nice and felt lived in—in the warmest way possible. All the furnishings were new and updated but the warm feel and energy of the space made us feel right at home. The shaded garden with cute little kitties stopping by was sweet and entertained our pups. Walking to the gym in the mornings, just a few minutes from the villa was actually the main attraction for us. It was a nice stroll away and a great way to start the day. Anytime we needed anything, Maria responded positively and promptly. Was a great experience and we were happy to be the first guests here. Our next Airbnb has big shoes to fill!

It was a fantastic stay. The place very clean and nicely appointed. Had everything I needed and host was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and walkable to supermarkets restaurants and other services.

Everything was great and we didn't miss anything. Just the bathroom and some amenities of the apartment already remember something, but that didn't spoil our impression. We were very satisfied, cleanliness is our priority, and it met our requirements. After arriving at the listing, it was clean and scented. Recommended.

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

We had one of the best views of the Burj Khalifa – truly breathtaking. I booked the place for my birthday, and they went the extra mile with a lovely decoration setup, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff, especially Joyce, April, and the owner herself, were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout. Thank you for making my birthday so special. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!
