Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

The villa is located at a high end residential area with very friendly and kind neighbors. The roads in jumeirah park feel like a luxury car exhibition. The villa was clean, comfortable and equiped with all necessary amenities. My 12 friends and I stayed for 3 nights total- there were enough beds for everyone. The host was responsive and helpful. We did not meet any problems at communications. Overall I'd say a value for money place for big groups. Having a car is recommended since walking distances are long. easy 5/5 for everything

I had a lovely stay in a private room at this charming villa in Umm Suqeim. The location was peaceful, safe, and conveniently close to the beach and key spots around Dubai. Wafa was incredibly kind and flexible with both check-in and check-out times, which made my trip so much smoother. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, and the shared spaces were well-maintained and comfortable. It felt more like a home than just accommodation. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

5 Stars - Absolutely Fantastic Stay! We had an incredible 6 week stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa in Emaar South. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with all the amenities we could have possibly needed. The large garden and the big pool were a highlight—both ourselves and our two children absolutely loved spending time outdoors and swimming every day. The garden really is breathtaking, I looked at many villas, this was by far the best option. The host was exceptional—extremely attentive, thoughtful, and responsive. You can tell there’s a real attention to detail in how everything is set up and maintained. Nothing was too much trouble and that we truly appreciated. Wesam had purchased some food shopping ready for our arrival, a very kind gesture appreciated by a mother of two exhausted children. It really felt like a home away from home. We had an amazing weekend getaway at this beautiful beachfront villa! The place was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed—there was a heartfelt note waiting for us, and my family was surprised and delighted by a thoughtful welcome hamper (I hadn’t even mentioned that they were planning such a gesture!). The location was perfect for our gathering—a peaceful setting filled with positive energy. The property was immaculately maintained, and every little corner reflected care and character. The internet worked well throughout our stay, and although we were initially surprised to find a stocked refrigerator—wondering for a moment if someone else was staying—it quickly added to the feeling of being thoughtfully looked after. The highlight for me was when I asked if a helper could be arranged, and Ben and Isobel went out of their way to accommodate our request. That truly touched us.
