Tout est parfait malgré un début entacher par l ancien voyageur qui avait oublié de laisser la carte de l ascenseur mais corrigé très rapidement avec une communication pro actif de l hôte Le cadre est magnifique l appartement moderne bien finie et haut de gamme tout comme la résidence et l hôtel urn tv supplémentaire dans la chambre apporterait plus de confort selon le point de vue de chacun La piscine et le bar au 77eme étage sont incroyables les restaurants sur les plages sont très bon supermarchés pharmacie ouvert 24/24 Dommage qu il n y ait une consigne sur la résidence mais une solution est envisageable à l hôtel moyennant finance

Lovely place to stay in Downtown with Burj khalifa view. The apartment is well furnished and well maintained (with complete amenities including washing machine, iron board, hair dryer, water kettle, etc). We are a family of 5 with 2 kids. We were very comfortable with 2 Bedrooms with 5 beds. The society has a beautiful pool and we enjoyed swimming with a view of Burj Khalifa. Carla was super helpful and very responsive. She also left a booklet in the apartment with a lot of information about the place like way to the mall, restaurants, food and grocery ordering, etc. Overall great experience and would love to come back and stay here.

Feriel place was amazing in walking distance of so many locations and attractions , he was attentive and responsive to any questions I’ve asked . In side the property had hi many things to keep you occupied and the kitchen. Was well equipped one of my favorite parts . I would book again a super plus on the views of the beqcg and Marina !

We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Maria’s cozy home was exactly what we were looking for. The space was nice and felt lived in—in the warmest way possible. All the furnishings were new and updated but the warm feel and energy of the space made us feel right at home. The shaded garden with cute little kitties stopping by was sweet and entertained our pups. Walking to the gym in the mornings, just a few minutes from the villa was actually the main attraction for us. It was a nice stroll away and a great way to start the day. Anytime we needed anything, Maria responded positively and promptly. Was a great experience and we were happy to be the first guests here. Our next Airbnb has big shoes to fill!

This was my second stay at this incredible Airbnb, and it somehow managed to impress me even more than the first time. The apartment is consistently clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. But the highlight, once again, is the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa—absolutely unbeatable. Whether it’s morning light reflecting off the tower or the dazzling night lights, it never gets old. It truly feels like you’re in the heart of Dubai. Sherif and Abdallah remain outstanding—helpful, responsive, and felt like family members throughout. I’ll absolutely be coming back for a third stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

It was a fantastic stay. The place very clean and nicely appointed. Had everything I needed and host was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and walkable to supermarkets restaurants and other services.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à Dubaï, et je ne peux que recommander cet appartement ! Jamie est un super hôte : toujours réactif, à l’écoute et d’une grande gentillesse. La communication a été fluide du début à la fin, ce qui a grandement facilité mon voyage. L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait, idéal pour profiter pleinement de la ville. L’appartement, quant à lui, était d’une propreté irréprochable, confortable et conforme en tous points à la description. Je reviendrai les yeux fermés ! Un grand merci à Jamie pour cette belle expérience.

Vše bylo skvělé a nic nám nescházelo. Jen koupelna a nějaký vybavení bytu už něco pamatují, ale to nám nijak nepokazilo dojem. Byli jsme moc spokojení, prioritou je pro nás čistota a to splnilo naše požadavky. Po příchodu na ubytování bylo čisto a voňavo. Doporučujeme.

Super logement nous avons adoré y séjourner. L’emplacement est idéal on est proches de la marina mais aussi de JBR. On a pu faire pas mal de choses à pied. Le parking gratuit est un grand atout. La piscine du Marriott et la salle de sport accessible sont la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci infiniment à Zunayd et Omid.

We had one of the best views of the Burj Khalifa – truly breathtaking. I booked the place for my birthday, and they went the extra mile with a lovely decoration setup, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff, especially Joyce, April, and the owner herself, were incredibly responsive and attentive throughout. Thank you for making my birthday so special. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!
