Our new apartment "die Stub" is the perfect starting point for your tours to the Vilstal and the surrounding mountains since we are already in the middle of the forest area. Neuschwanstein is only 25 minutes away by car. After a tour, you can cool your feet in the Vils or jump into the surrounding bathing lakes. In winter, various lifts are about 25 minutes away by car or you can take a snowshoe tour from the house. The town center is 3.5 km away where you can buy everything you need.

The apartment is located at a great starting point to explore the Allgäu. All ski & hiking areas can be reached quickly and easily. From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
