We rent a small, cozily furnished apartment on the first floor of a townhouse on the Berlin-Copenhagen bike path. It is close to several lakes with swimming areas, boat rentals, restaurants, a swimming pool, wildlife park, a historic city center with theater, cinema, cathedral, church and Renaissance castle. Here you can relax and relax beyond the tourist trails and listen to the nightingale. In the 10,000 square meter sun hill garden, everyone will find the tranquility that requests.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

"Yellow Salon" in the post-socialist manor house 2-4

The "yellow salon" is a spacious, stately 2-room apartment (about 80 sqm) for 2 - 4 people with marod charm and is located on the first floor of the left-hand hallway. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. In the meantime, there are 4 apartments of different sizes, for up to 12 guests, in the house.

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach without resort tax between Kühlungsborn (3 km) and Rerik (5 km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings in July and August minimum 5 days.
