Apartment is not a walk out to pool patio. It is 14 steps from your door to pool. We do not accept more than two travelers. Rate does not include HI St taxes or Airbnb fees charged to traveler which we do not control. DO NOT request an exception to our minimum age or total head count or pet/smoking policy.

Owner hosted -This lower level large studio has all what you need for a great vacation. The unit is located a 1/2 block off of Ali'i Drive. The unit is about 550 sq/ft and it has a nice size lanai .The unit has its own bbq grill and beach toys. A kitchen with the essentials and a small dining area. The room has a CalKing bed and Queen sz sofa pull out, TV in each area. 3 Guests maximum regardless the age. 1 bedroom apt. Pets upon request with a fee This unit is potential for noise.

The Kona Palm Retreat is a private villa that’s a 5-minute drive from Kailua Kona town. The accommodation is private and well appointed. You have your own completely furnished apartment with its own tropical gardens and outdoor seating. There are no shared spaces. Our accommodations are very clean and well furnished, the Hot tub and BBQ area are only for you and your guests and are not shared. Monica and I live upstairs, we rarely see our guests and we respect our guests privacy.
