Beach condo holiday rentals in Kailua-Kona

Jan and Cami were very nice to deal with. Their condo is in an amazing location. They thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Very well organized space. It was clean and inviting.

Would definitely stay in this condo again. Has been updated since the pictures. Bathroom is newly renovated and stainless steel refrigerator instead of what is pictured Very close to everything but still very, very quiet and peaceful. Michael thought of everything from a welcoming gift, to everything you could possibly need for your days at the beach. Chairs, umbrella, pool, noodles, boogie boards, cooler, and everything for snorkeling. The air conditioners kept us plenty cool. Short walk to the pool and hot tub. Michael totally took care of us.

Great location. Close to everything. Had everything we needed. Watched surfer surfing every morning. Highlight of the stay, saw a turtle at the beach right in front of the house two mornings in a row.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at this property, which offers a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean to the west. One evening, we were treated to a stunning sunset right from our balcony. However, we were surprised to find the room on the 3rd floor with no elevator access—a detail not mentioned in the listing. At 64 and 63, carrying our luggage up the stairs was quite challenging. The property is bit older but overlooking view outweighed everything else.

Fantastic location. Walkable to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Beautiful decor inside and out. On the wish list for better outfitting of kitchen: cloth napkins for six that match the woven placemats - the whole point of condo (for us anyway) is to be able to make and serve a few dinners, along with coffee & breakfast on lanai. Had to set the table with paper towels for napkins - only 3 cloth napkins which did not match the elegant setting or placemats. And having plastic wrap or baggies and foil should be included - at a minimum some storage containers... lastly - champagne flutes :) Maybe this is fine for other guests.

The studio condo was immaculate, beach access couldn't be easier. The kitchen is fantastic, all new high end appliances so cooking was a breeze (even the knives were sharp), being a chef I really appreciate a fully functional kitchen. We would highly recommend this unit for two people and look forward to staying here again. Mahalo!

I always pick a hotel/rental off of view and patio and this place did not disappoint. Gorgeous condo right off the 12th tee overlooking the crashing waves. Stunning beach and golf course views. Walking around the neighborhood and golf course paths was very nice. Condo itself was comfortable, modern, clean and has everything needed to feel at home. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner every night and found the kitchen well stocked. Extras like coffee pods and creamer were much appreciated. Lots of little conveniences noted throughout the stay. Thank you!

Denise was very responsive and helped navigate any requests and questions I had. the place was really good. had a good view although it had a couple of buildings slightly ahead to either side of it. the community felt safe and clean.

Very clean, well-appointed, wonderful amenities, Hilton pool pass was such a nice addition and really made our stay, kid friendly, great location for our family. Would do it again!

This was our second time staying at this unit and we love it. The view and falling asleep to the sound of the waves doesn’t get old. The place is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a great beach vacation. We can’t wait to visit again.

Excellent stay in this amazing condo! The lanai can’t be beat by any hotel. Everything was super clean and nice. We liked that it’s a smaller complex, we never really saw neighbors and felt like we were the only ones there. Great location. Try Da Poke Shack nearby for the best on the island!

What a wonderful property located on the Kohala coast just north of downtown Kona. Gated entrance into a spectacular resort property surrounded by beautiful views and immaculately kept grounds. Covered parking with easy access to the condo, Luxus has thought of everything to make our family vacation wonderful. Amenities were endless— high pressure showers, comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen with premium finishes. The Dyson products were a nice touch too! A closet full of beach and snorkel gear! Central AC was splendid to come home to after long days at the beaches and exploring the big island. The lanai was perfect for a morning cup of coffee (local Kona beans included so you can brew a fresh cup right away), with a peekaboo view of the ocean!🌊 Luxus was always a quick message away to help with whatever your needs may be! Their team was always professional and courteous giving the full Aloha experience! This was such a great place to unwind!
