Cozy lower level Ohana apartment, with ocean view, in our home on our 4 acre family farm in the Ohia cloud forest of Kaloko Mauka. We are located at 2,000 feet up enjoying cooler weather and a unique microclimate just above Kona. We are a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach, 8 minutes to Costco and restaurants, and 15-20 minutes to Kona town. It is a private one bed, one bath with its own separate entrance and parking. It has a kitchenette with full fridge/freezer, and a mini washer and dryer.

The interior is all freshly renovated in 2020 with stylish and comfortable furniture. Covered parking is steps from the entry and plenty of quality beach gear is available for you to use anytime. Ice-cold A/C and Apple TV make relaxing inside just as nice.

Artists cottage in the Kona upcountry town of Holualoa. Surrounded by coffee farms and quaint shops, galleries and restaraunts, you will find peace and quiet and breathtaking views of the ocean down below. We have cooler temps and a charming town, which is walkable from the cottage... yet only 10 minutes away from the beach. The best of both worlds! Our guest cottage is secluded from the main home on the property, so guests will have a very private experience during their stay.

Aloha! Welcome to my private master suite. Queen bed, private bathroom, with an ocean view. The suite is connected to my house but has a separate entrance and shared backyard. 10 minute drive from downtown Kona close to shopping centers and 20 minutes from the airport. 2 miles from Safeway and Walmart. Cool elevation offers nice temperatures, although July-October can be a bit on the hot side. Fans provided but no air conditioning. Please read full description before booking.
