Our Home Away From Home in Athens We spent four wonderful months in John’s flat and truly felt at home from day one. The apartment is comfortable, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed—ideal for both short and long stays. Everything we needed was there, and the space quickly became our cozy retreat in the heart of Athens. John was an exceptional host: always available, kind, and attentive without ever being intrusive. He made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay and was always ready to help with any questions or needs. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shops, cafes, public transport, and all the best parts of Athens. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. mostly a perfect stay. bus was easily available but nit close to a metro. I mostly walked everywhere. about 40 min walk to acropolis. nice to have a washer and air conditioning. only hiccup was a day with spotty wifi but eventually was reset and worked great after that.
