Self check-in, garage space directly in the house can be rented for €15 per day, elevator from garage makes arrival /departure easy. U-Bahn station Alte Donau (U1) right by bridge, 9 minutes to the city, swimming right in front of the house. TV with all international channels, Internet Wi-Fi, living-dining room with water view, Leisure activities, cycling, jogging, supermarket opposite, very good restaurants

Fantastic view, best location

VIENNA DREAM VIEW 22 APARTMENT Modern 65 m² apartment incl. Loggia in Vienna's most sought-after and modern residential area, between the Danube, DC Tower and UNO City. The Danube Tower is within walking distance. It is only 4 minutes to the U-Bahn [subway] and from there 10 minutes to the city center (Stephansplatz). Shopping and gastronomy on site (bakery, groceries, drugstore, pharmacy, "57 Restaurant + Lounge"). A parking garage is available in the house. You can't spend your time in Vienna better.

Dieses wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Appartment liegt im Herzen Kaisermühlens und damit nur wenige Gehminuten von der U1-Station entfernt. Mit der U1 ist man in 7 Minuten am Stephansplatz und damit im Zentrum Wiens. Die UNO City und das Vienna International Center befinden sich auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Billa, Spar, Bipa, Apotheke sowie Restaurants sind vor Ort vorhanden. Zur Entspannung und Erholung laden die Donauinsel und das Kaiserwasser ein. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

Cozy Apartement in central Vienna

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 2. Bezirk und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Zentrum und 3 Stationen vom Prater entfernt. Dem grünen Herzen und der Erholungszone von Wien. Der Augarten ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight im Sommer um die Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 20 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock.

Spacious Apartment with two terraces in a one family-house - one sunny and one shady! Enjoy the view - sunsets over a garden settlement and a skyline- close to the city centre and the old Danube recreational area. 15 min walk to Austria Center. The style is simple and modern with a personalised touch of Viennese art nouveau details. There is free parking on the property but no elevator! The apartment is accessible by outdoor staircase on the 2nd floor.

Great place. The floors are a bit wonky and the master bedroom is accessed through the bathroom, but that's alright, no problem at all. Comfortable walking distance from VIC. Delicious Indian restaurant across the street, highly recommend.

We really liked staying in this facility. ☺️ Maria was a great host, fast and pleasant communication, she sent us timely and clear instructions to the facility and how to enter the facility. Everything is as in the pictures, we especially liked the small but very pleasant terrace. There were other apartments around us with other guests who did not respect the house rules in the building (loud music after 10 pm), but the apartment was very well soundproofed so we did not hear the neighbors inside at all. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the building there are many restaurants and a large shopping center.

I value very positively all aspects: clean, organized, good location (for attending a conference in the Austria Vienna Center), kindness of host, good equipment of kitchen, etc. My only suggestion to the host is to buy a microwave.

All good. 100% referral. Good location (U1, U2), top kitchen, new bathroom! The rest of the furnishings were very simple, but we didn't care. However, I recommend the apartment only for a maximum of 4 guests! The double beds in the two rooms are okay. But the extra sofa bed is definitely not suitable for sleeping. Not for one person and certainly not for 2 people. There were four of us, so everything was fine. Thanks so much

Cosy one room apartment close to the city

Nuce and cosy apartment in a very quiet neighbourhood. Close to the Danube, where you can even go swimming (!), and two metro stations are easily accessible, allowing you to reach the city centre quickly. Everything worked out wonderfully and is highly recommended!
