In the heart of a nature reserve, a new, quiet and luxurious villa with a swimming pool and a three-minute drive from the most beautiful beaches in Skiathos and 10 minutes from the city center. The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning in each room. The downstairs apartment includes a bedroom, a large and luxurious bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a work area, and a spacious dining area. The upper apartment includes a separate entrance, two luxurious bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the nature reserve and the sea. Air conditioning in all rooms, smart TV in all bedrooms and living rooms, and internet available throughout the house.

Two bedroom flat near the sea

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. There are many games, puzzles and books for children of different ages. The flat has underfloor heating. It is regulated to 21 C and works day and night the same temperature. There is all the time hot water. If you want to use the fireplace, you can either bring your own wood or use mine, l charge 5€/basket.

It is a calm and peaceful retreat. Prinos I Studio shares its courtyard with Prinos II Loft House (with a discreet separation) and is ideal for couples. The space is also perfect for renting both houses together—ideal for two friendly couples or a group of friends looking to accommodate up to 5 guests.

Portokaliá Cottage House is located in our Valaí Organic Farm in Kala Nera, Pelion. Our home is situated 400 m from the beach in Kala Nera, where you will find cafes, restaurants and beach bars. Kala Nera is also a great starting point for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse riding, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing between January and March. This would be an ideal holiday home for you if you love being outdoors, in nature and enjoy exploring.

Marleen house is an old, traditional stone house build in 1928 in Pelion, Tsagarada, one of the most beautiful destinations in Pelion. It is located in a quiet spot, viewing the Aegean sea. Our shaded garden is the best spot from which to watch the sun rising from the sea! It is in the center of the village, next to the famous “Skala” bar and close to the local market, restaurants, and cafés.
