Villa holiday rentals in Kalamata

This is the second time we've stayed here, and the fourth time in the area. It is an absolutely beautiful location. Perfect weather and everything within 10 minutes drive. The house itself has everything and is flawlessly presented. We'll be back again.

Wir waren im ersten Häuschen direkt bei der Straße. Die wenigen Autos die man hörte haben uns nicht weiter gestört. Alles war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren meistens auch vor Ort, sehr hilfsbereit, überaus freundlich und herzlich zu unseren Kindern. Der private Garten war besonders toll mit Baby und Kleinkind. Es gab auch eine Dusche im Garten und der Rasen war sehr gepflegt. In der Küche war das notwendige vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch und hat schnelle Programme. Zu Fuß zum Strand mit Beachbar waren es ca 10min (weg über Feld und durch Busch) oder 3 min mit dem Auto. Supermarkt und Ort 1km mit Auto entfernt. Ganz tolle Unterkunft mit Familie. Uns hat es nicht gestört dass es eigentlich nur ein großer Wohn-/Schlafraum ist. Erwähnenswert ist vielleicht nur, dass es keinen gesonderten Spielplatz für Kinder gibt (klang für mich im Inserat so), aber genug Platz und zusätzlich zum Garten noch eine gemeinsame Grünfläche. Insgesamt: perfekt 👌

Don't normally leave reviews but this villa & the owner Niko certainly warrant one! Our first stay in Stoupa & didn't disappoint, great location, 5min walk to supermarkets, 10min walk to Stoupa/Kalogria beach & restaurants. Niko greeted us on arrival, taking time to show us where everything was. The finish is excellent with such attention to detail, better than the photos. Fully equipped modern kitchen, amazing coffee machine and milk frother that Niko kept topped up with beans! Aircon throughout, automatic shutters at every window, outdoor security lighting around the villa, beautiful pool area with super comfy bean bags & loungers, bbq area with sink & outdoor dining & great view of the mountains. Bedrooms/bathroom lovely, walk-in showers. Lots of wardrobe/drawer storage, loads of towels inc beach/pool ones & plenty of hangers!! Felt so relaxed & at home & Niko was always on hand to check we were happy. One of the best holidays we have had, what a find, we will be back!

Sehr schönes Haus, wie beschrieben, vor allem die Terrasse oben war am Abend sehr schön, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Nachbarort vorhanden , Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Pool wunderbar, zum Glück hatte das Haus AC, selbst Nachts war es draußen wärmer als im Haus, zum Strand zu laufen war angesichts der Hitze zu weit, Parkplatz am Strand , Liegen günstig , der Strand ist ein Traum, das Strandrestaurant Perulia vorzüglich, alles in einem ein schöner Strandurlaub

Me and my family had a great stay at Anax Villa! The house is spacious, has all the appliances needed, large kitchen to cook and dining table indoor and outdoor. What really stands out are the different terraces from where you can enjoy views over the sea, big forests of olive trees and amazing sunsets. The communication with the host was very good and he gave us good suggestions to visit the area. The location is also very good, close to the amazing seaside of Kalamata, the Mani Peninsula and also the Golden Coast in the Pylos area. We had a great time and highly recommend this stay!

De très bons échanges avec Andréas: il vous enverra tout ce que vous pouvez visiter à Patras et aux alentours. Mystra est à 6 km. Une maison rien que pour vous , très calme avec une grande terrasse et en plus, un emplacement très agréable au jardin. Il y a un parking privé dans la cour de la maison. A l'intérieur, il y a tout ce qu'il faut et même davantage: vin blanc, fruits, café, confiture.... Merci pour tout Andreas

Très beau séjour à Olive Mare. C’était très agréable de se réveiller le matin et de voir les oliviers et la mer de la terrasse de la chambre à coucher. Maison bien équipée, très joliment décorée avec le souci des détails. Piscine dont nous avons profité tous les jours. Nous avons également apprécié de manger à l’extérieur face au jardin et à la piscine. Endroit calme. le matin nous entendions le coq et le soir les cigales. C’était également proche du village d’Agios Nikolaos et des charmants villages de montagne avec ses belles églises de style byzantin. Merci à Michael pour ses attentions.

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the Village This is a unique property—an absolutely beautiful villa located right in the heart of the village. It's just steps away from the lively Get Together Bar Vamos, the lovely Water Spring, and a cozy seaside taverna with exceptionally friendly service. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the weekly market offering fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as a small local store for daily essentials. The village beach is nice and convenient, but I’d recommend having a car to explore some of the more breathtaking beaches in the area. Overall, a charming place to stay with great access to local life, delicious food, and beautiful surroundings. Thanks to Gabriella, who generously opened her family home to Airbnb guests. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay in Casa Antica - precisely what we wanted and location was fantastic. It is exactly as shown - a very creative and sympathetic conversion of an attractive old house - keeps the character of the old with a super up to date / high quality interior and everything we needed (including good aircon throughout). Three good sized double bedrooms. 20 min walk (downhill) to Stoupa which is a good beach for swimming with plenty of restaurants / shops. Check-in / check-out really well handled - we were met on the main road and guided to the house (necessary as is through a short but complex set of very narrow roads; parking right next to house). Very quiet environs, pool was perfect for us (4 people including two teenagers) and outside kitchen is a small west facing terrace with an amazing view over coast perfect for breakfast or evening drinks.

Absolutely beautiful villa! Both the owner and manager were wonderful and friendly! The villa had an amazing view, was pristine and perfectly located for a relaxing vacation but within driving distance of some great attractions. The few times we had questions they were answered promptly and politely! The kitchen was well stocked with enough food to provide us with meals when we first arrived after a long day of travel from the US. The owner and manager were both very attentive! We highly recommend this location and if we travel to Greece again will definitely stay there! We also really enjoyed the region due to it being very welcoming to tourists but not what I would call a real touristy destination. In other words just perfect. Enough restaurants and shops to get what you need but no high end retail stores or tacky souvenir shops. If I had to guess this is what travel probably looked like years ago. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, it’s exactly what we were looking for.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα τις μέρες του Πάσχα! Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική, λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά από την Πύλο. Η επικοινωνία με την Ανεζίνα ήταν άμεση και η ίδια πρόσχαρη, ευγενική και πάντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει για να περάσουμε όμορφα. Ευχαριστούμε για την άψογη φιλοξενία!

Architektonisch ein wunderschönes Haus mit fantastischer Aussicht und Abendstimmungen. Herrliches Frühstück und immer wieder kleine Überraschungen. Ein magischer Ort mitten in der Natur und doch sehr Nahe der Hauptstrasse Kalamata-Areopoli. Der Pool war in dieser Jahreszeit trotz Heizen kühl. Danke an Matina und Stavros welche sich sehr um ihre Gäste kümmern.

The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated with a great kitchen with everything one needed. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The view was stunning and romantic. We could not have asked for a better location. Easy to get to everything. Panagiotis and his team were very responsive and helpful in every way. We really loved staying here and look forward to doing it again.

We had a wonderful stay at Aikaterini’s. Just a short walk away from the centre of Kardamyli and also the beaches. House was immaculate and well appointed. Beautiful peaceful swimming pool. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Good hosts who worked very hard to ensure everything was taken care of. Everything was clean and as described. Upstairs bathroom would be fine for wheelchairs but doesn’t work brilliantly as a family bathroom as there is no shower screen and everything gets wet, but the downstairs bathroom is fine. The view from the house is fab - straight out over the sea. There is a road in front of the house, but that’s very clearly stated in the description. There is a good little supermarket in the next village (turning right out of the property), which is open on a Sunday. Handy to know as Petalidi closes completely! Great base for exploring the area.

Fantastic spot for a chilled family trip. The house is perfect, and location is spot on. You can walk to nice pebbly beaches or drive 10 minutes to pristine sand.

It was our first time staying at Marianne’s place,and we will 100% be coming back.She greeted us,showed us around the villa,very kindly sent us activities and places around the area we could shop in.She was very quick to reply to our messages.unfortunately our car broke down,she was very attentive,and offered to help in every way possible. Such a great place to stay at. We absolutely loved the apartment. It is located in the middle of some olive tree gardens and about 150 m from a very private slightly stony beach. From the huge balcony you can hear the waves crashing to shore. The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures and might have been one of the most well-equipped AirBnBs we have had. The fantastic pool area is used exclusively by the guests during their stay and offers many seating areas, a BBQ and outdoor showers as well. The owners are very friendly and even left us some pomegranates from their garden. If you need help or tips for local restaurants they are quick to help. Kyparissia is a great place for many different trips - most of them are only about 1h drive away - Olympia, several waterfalls, many beautiful beaches. Additionally, there are two supermarkets just before you turn off from the main road providing you with everything you need .We would absolutely come back again :)

Our Villa was beautifully appointed and well thought out. We were beyond pleased with this listing. It truly exceeded our expectations. Loved all the outdoor areas as well as both pools. We’ve already decided to come back for much longer. Perfect place to unwind and reset. Loved the casual vibe of the area. Thank you Maria! You are indeed a Super Host!

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Marina ! L’endroit est splendide. Encore mieux en vrai qu’en photo ! Marina est une hôte généreuse, souriante agréable et disponible, l’endroit est parfait pour la détente et le repos. C’est un endroit magique, paisible et inoubliable. Si nous en avons l’opportunité nous retournerons dans cette maison sans réfléchir !

Ολοκαίνουργιο σπίτι, πολύ άνετο, με ιδιωτικότητα. Φιλοξενηθηκαμε δύο ζευγάρια και ένα παιδί πολύ άνετα. 3 υπνοδωμάτια με δικό τους μπανιο. Η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Μεγάλη τραπεζαρια ιδανική για παρέα και meeting point για πρωινό. Η πισίνα πολύ καθαρή και άπλετος χώρος γύρω της με ωραία τραπεζαρία στην εξωτερική αυλή. Άνετος χώρος για πάρκινγκ εντός του περιβάλλοντα χώρου του σπιτιού. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
