Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην δυτική παραλία της Κώμης στην Νότια Χίο, απέχει μόλις 10 μέτρα από την θάλασσα σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά και διαθέτει χώρο στάθμευσης. Απέχει 24 χλμ. από το λιμάνι της Χίου και 16 χλμ. από το λιμάνι στων Μεστών. Ο επισκέπτης έχει σύντομη πρόσβαση στο Μουσείο μαστίχας (5 χλμ. ), στα Μαύρα Βόλια(4 χλμ.) μια από τις πιο σπάνιες παραλίες της Ελλάδας. Επίσης ο επισκέπτης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή χιλιομετρική απόσταση από τα μεσαιωνικά Μαστιχοχώρια όπως Πυργί, Μεστά,Ολύμπους.

The house is located in the village of Armolia, which belongs to the Mastic Villages of Chios.The houses are stone ,traditional and built very close to eachother.The village is known for the clay vases that its inhabitants have been creating for centuries.About 100 meters from the house there is a supermarket,pastry shop,cafe,grill shop,traditional tavern, 2 petrol stations,pharmacy and health center, while very close are the beautiful beaches of southern Chios(Komi, Mavra Volia,...)

Three-story house in a Medieval settlement

Small three-story house within the traditional Medieval settlement of Patricia, which is one of the Mastich villages that produce the unique product of mash. For this reason, internally it has the form of a castle village, built during the Genoese period. The house where I am called to stay is located in the center of the village, in picturesque streets. The small residential village offers a prominent location where the opportunity to get to know many other places nearby.

It is a modern studio right on the sea, with unlimited views of the Aegean Sea and Venetiko. It has a comfortable balcony and backyard. Next to cosmopolitan Komi and Viri. Within walking distance all the excellent pristine beaches of western Chios, the stone traditional castle villages of Chios. It is very functional with several closets and kitchen cabinets, satellite TV, hair dryer, electric iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner.
