Charming house in scenic Ytterlinningen, Överkalix. Welcome to a peaceful oasis just 200 meters from the beautiful lake Djupträsk – perfect for fishing and relaxation. Here you live surrounded by tranquility, nature and northern charm. The ideal place for those who want to unwind, enjoy the tranquility and get close to nature. Wood-fired sauna is available. During the period November-April, there is no access to running water in the sauna. The house is close to Blueberry Lodge and activities can be booked

Charming retro house by the sea

Koppla av med familjen i fridfulla, vackra Båtskärsnäs, nära Frevisörens camping (Nordiclapland) med bad och aktiviteter. Gästers husdjur är välkomna. Vid boendet finns en vedeldad badtunna utomhus som kan förbokas mot en avgift på 500 kronor, det är oftast möjligt att boka den men hör gärna av er i tid för att bekräfta detta. Två kajaker finns att låna. Från Båtskärsnäs går även båtturer ut i skärgården och på vintern har vi fina isar och skidspår. Sparkar, pulkor och snöskor finns att låna.

Rymligt hus med tre sovrum beläget på Näsbyn i Kalix, ca 2 km från centrala Kalix. I direkt närhet till butik, restaurang, sport- och simhall, gym, skolor och Kalix sjukhus. Huset består av tre sovrum med totalt fyra sovplatser, ett rymligt kök och vardagsrum, badrum samt bastu, relaxavdelning o gym Tvätt- och diskmaskin finns. Spjälsäng finns. Uteplats och parkering i direkt anslutning till huset. Uthyres för längre eller kortare perioder. Vid längre hyresperiod, vänligen kontakta hyresvärd.

Villa Båtskärsnäs

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation with 150 meters to the sea and marinas. The village is a small archipelago idyll. The village archipelago offers fantastic beaches and the popular campsite, Frevisören camp resort, with sea bath and restaurant is only 4 km away. Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker available. In the fully tiled bathroom there is underfloor heating, washing machine, detergent, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

You can see Torne river and hear the rapids.

Our cottage is conveniently located along well-maintained roads, making it easily accessible. Situated near the river, the Swedish border is just across the water, allowing for a seamless journey into Sweden, perhaps via the ice road. The absence of unnecessary lights around provides the perfect setting for observing the Northern Lights. Cozy house in Båtskärsnäs

Free WIFI. Free parking. 🛜🅿️ The house has a complete kitchen with dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 180 cm bed, livingroom with a 140 cm sofa bed and another bedroom on the second floor with a 140 cm sofa bed and a 90 cm bed. There is a laundry machine and dryer in the basement. Note that there are no doors in the first floor. During the summertime you can find a swing in the yard. There are lots of toys for children to play with.

The main building of 75m2 is all refurbished with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and a new bathroom. Large windows and a major outside terrace, offers you a breathtaking view through all seasons.

Farm houses

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property. If you have any questions or requests, we are happy to help.

Charming seaside cottage

Välkomna till Casa Alice. Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta boende. Poolen är öppen 15 juni - 7 september. Under vintern, 15 oktober - 15 maj finns inget rinnande vatten i stugan. Vi lämnar 70 liter vatten i stugan vid ankomst. Vi tar emot maximalt 4 gäster under de kallaste vintermånaderna. Stugan är till salu.
