Lakeside Cottage in Västmark

Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this quiet and peaceful accommodation with proximity to both water, animals and nature. Modern accommodation with 6 beds divided into 3 rooms. about 50 meters to the lake with the possibility for swimming & fishing. Wood-fired sauna in a separate building on the property. In summer, there is the possibility of a sauna raft, rowing boat, swimming beach, bicycles about 20 minutes to Boden, 30 minutes to Luleå, 50 minutes to Piteå We also have a simpler forest cabin next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

Guest cabin

Newly-renovated guest house about 40 m2 floor space, with most of the comforts of a home. Proximity to water with a small beach that in winter is a popular walking path. Relatively central and close to bus or train. The guest house is located on the same property as the host family's home. About a 5-minute walk to the gym and pizzeria. 10-minute bike ride to grocery store, about 15-20 minutes by bike to town. Parking space is available. If you are more than 2 people, there are additional sleeping places to rent for a fee. Note: the floor is cold in winter

Charming retro house by the sea

Relax with the family in peaceful, beautiful Båtskärsnäs, close to Frevisörens camping (Nordiclapland) with swimming and activities. Guest pets are welcome. At the accommodation, there is a wood-fired outdoor hot tub that can be pre-booked for a fee of SEK 500, it is usually possible to book it but please contact us in time to confirm this. Two kayaks are available to borrow. From Båtskärsnäs, boat trips also go out into the archipelago and in winter we have nice ice and ski trails. Kicks, sledges and snowshoes are available to borrow.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation with 150 meters to the sea and marinas. The village is a small archipelago idyll. The village archipelago offers fantastic beaches and the popular campsite, Frevisören camp resort, with sea bath and restaurant is only 4 km away. Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker available. In the fully tiled bathroom there is underfloor heating, washing machine, detergent, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Cozy house in Båtskärsnäs

Free WIFI. Free parking. 🛜🅿️ The house has a complete kitchen with dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 180 cm bed, livingroom with a 140 cm sofa bed and another bedroom on the second floor with a 140 cm sofa bed and a 90 cm bed. There is a laundry machine and dryer in the basement. Note that there are no doors in the first floor. During the summertime you can find a swing in the yard. There are lots of toys for children to play with.

Norrbottensgård beautifully situated at the mouth of the Kalix river. Close to ski trails and ice fishing in the winter. Beach in summer. Large terrace that can be used both summer and winter. About 4.5 km from the center; local transportation runs several times per day. Stop at the hospital, among other places Bed linens are included, and cleaning can be ordered separately for SEK 500.

Karin's guest apartment

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful setting. Karin's apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with two single beds and the family room has a double sofa bed. There is also a toilet with shower and a patio where you can enjoy the view of the Kalix River, which is about 40 meters from the apartment. New for summer 2026! Now there is the possibility to rent an electric bike.
