The natural Baltic Sea beach is only a 500-meter walk away. In the cooler season, you can make yourself really comfortable in front of the fire in the wood-burning stove (central heating is also available). From the dining area and from the kitchen and bathroom windows, you can see the Baltic Sea between the houses opposite.

Our thatched roof house "Coastline" in Groß Schwansee – picturesquely located on the coast between Travemünde and Boltenhagen – is a lovingly designed retreat to feel good. The furnishings are characterized by the style and lifestyle of the beach houses on the US east coast. "Coastline" itself is perfectly equipped for the fall/winter season with a Finnish sauna and fireplace, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen-living room. A total of 4 cozy bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 7 guests.

Our thatched vacation home is 800 m from the beach and is easily accessible on foot. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in nature, you will find your place here. The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

"Jules Hus" is located on a large property on the edge of a field. The house is within walking distance of the beach. On the ground floor there is a wardrobe, a spacious shower room with a rain shower, a sauna and a central living area. From the living/dining area you have direct access to the terrace/garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The cozy house has about 117 m² of space for 7 people and 1 baby. The beds are designed for 4 adults and 3 children.

Our vacation home (built around 1900, renovated in 2013) contains 2 apartments. We rent the apartment on the second floor as a spacious apartment with a total of 8 sleeping places. The lower apartment is used by us on weekends or during vacations. Our apartment is individually and tastefully furnished in the Scandinavian style and fully equipped. Our house is particularly suitable for families with children who want to vacation near the Baltic Sea.

Welcome to our dreamy and quiet vacation home - only 4 km from the Baltic Sea. In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

Es besteht aus 2 Schlafräumen, einer Küche, einem Badezimmer und einem Wintergarten. Vor dem Appartement befindet sich eine Terrasse in Südlage. Aus allen Zimmern blicken Sie in den Garten. Der Zugang zum Appartement erfolgt über eine Stufe. Zwischen Küche und Wintergarten gibt es eine weitere Stufe.
