Holiday home on a large plot

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

"Feldrain" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and private garden. Large windows open up the view of the horse paddock, nature and tranquility included. Up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) can feel at home in approx. 60 m². Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be booked in a relaxed manner, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes on foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Cozy guest house in quiet location in Ratzeburg

Lovingly renovated single house with 80m² living space invites families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with a large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25min to Lübeck, 40min to Schwerin, 45min to the Baltic Sea beach or 50min to the city of Hamburg.

2 children up to 10 years are free. One dog allowed/others on request Relax alone, as a couple or with the whole family. The house is completely fenced and it is only 800 m to the beautiful natural beach. The dog beach is 50 m further from the main beach. The accommodation is handicapped friendly. Brook is a charming little village on the Baltic Sea. In the village there is a small farm with playground and some animals. The wind-protected terrace invites you to linger.

In our Gartenahaus Schwalbennest you can relax wonderfully. We have consciously refrained from setting up a TV, so that it is very easy to get out of everyday life and arrive in the oasis by the sea. The garden shed is a small but fine cottage where you don't have to do without amenities. On the sleeping level, romantic sleeping for two is possible. Right in the morning, you can have your breakfast on the sunny terrace.

In the living room with underfloor heating is a large flat screen TV, in one of the bedrooms also 1 flat screen TV. Our beautiful quiet cottage with Scandinavian flair is surrounded by a small garden and overlooking wide fields to the Baltic Sea on the edge of the village. It not only offers plenty of space on over 100 m², but also provides plenty of north German coziness with the light-filled two-story living area. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the house is ideal for your vacation with two families or a group of friends.

The 8000 sqm property with old trees is unique, offering you complete tranquility and plenty of outdoor space to play and relax.
