This lovely cottage is located a few meters from Lake Vänern and has a sandy beach, wood-fired sauna and dock with wood-fired hot tub. Perfect even for winter swimming! The views of the lake are amazing! The cottage has 2 lofts with beds, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, toilet, shower and washing machine. Large glass doors can be opened out to the balcony, which has a gas grill, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. This is a quiet, natural and beautiful accommodation 15 km outside Lidköping.

Total of 6 beds with possibility of another 2. Large deck with dining table, lounge chairs & lounge set. The house is a few minutes walk to Svalnäsbadet, mushrooms & berry forests & Hindens Rev. Feel free to take a short excursion to Läckö Castle, Spiken's fishing village, play golf or enjoy Kinnekulle. There is something for everyone regardless of spring, summer, winter and fall.

Comfortably furnished, well-equipped cottage with balcony and private garden. 4 km to Läckö Castle with Victoriahuset, Stallet, restaurant and kiosk. To Spiken's fishing harbor 4 km. grocery store, café, nice restaurants, mini golf course. To Läckö golf course 3 km, restaurant and kiosk Hörvikens marina, 3 km, restaurant "Åtta Glas". In Otterstad, 1 km north of the cottage, there is a 24-hour open shop. Near the cottage, there are several hiking trails in beautiful nature. I welcome guests for longer stays throughout the summer.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Magnificent and varied nature with hiking trails just around the corner, cultural-historical surroundings and both beach and cliff baths. Sunny location morning to night with hammocks between the fruit trees that provide shade if needed. Small flagging for the ceiling height on the 2nd floor is lower than standard. 2 km walk to train connection. From October to April, the house is rented out monthly for SEK 10,600 per month in "cold rent", i.e. the cost of heating and electricity is added.

Årnäs Lövrödjan

In this newly renovated house you live in the middle of nature, with only deer and fenced cows as neighbors. The surroundings are beautiful with a view of forest and oak grove, about a hundred meters away you have your "own" beach to swim from. The peaceful atmosphere without wifi and TV inspires calm and harmony in harmony with nature. The house is special - small but still high in the ceiling (3.40 cm), which gives a sense of space and cosiness. The outsight from the windows - works of art.

Here you live in a quiet, idyllic rural environment with still close to activities. Swimming, golf, outdoor activities and sightseeing are just around the corner. If you just want to take it easy, you can enjoy terraces in different directions as well as a smaller orangery facing west. If it gets too hot, it is only a few minutes walk to nice swimming areas. Smaller boat but spin can be rented if interested. The nearest grocery store is 25 km away if you do not have BankID.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Vi hyr ut vår garagelägenhet och friggebod. Platsen är mycket fridfull i direkt närhet till en fin fågelsjö. Med närhet till allt som Kållandesö kan erbjuda med fina vandringsleder, Läckö slott och Spikens fiskeläge. Boendet är uppdelat i en lägenhet med kök, sovrum och toalett/dusch och en friggebod. Friggeboden hyrs inte ut under vinter på grund av bristande uppvärmningsmöjlighet.

Cottage 150 meters from Vänern

The cottage is in a quiet and scenic area 1 mile from beautiful Lidköping. Down by the beach, 150 meters from the cottage, there is a public jetty where you can sunbathe and swim from. Right next to the cottage is a forest with nice walking trails, which you can pick berries and mushrooms in when the season is around. Outdoor furniture and a barbecue are available from where you can eat with a lake view.
