Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kalmar County

The hostess has previously lived in a house herself, which is why everything you need is there and it feels very cozy. Everything worked out great, the environment is beautiful and it is suitable for dogs again and again

I had a great stay at Helge's house! You can get to the island very easily and free of charge from Karlskrona. The ferry leaves approximately every 30 minutes. The few islanders were all very friendly and always greeted. The small supermarket is really very well stocked and has everything you need for weekly shopping. The house and location are at least as beautiful as in the pictures! You can only feel comfortable, switch off perfectly and forget any stress. Helge is extremely nice and accommodating. A really great host. He even has a newer boat than the one in the photo with more horsepower. I strongly recommend that Helge give a briefing, as it is quite rocky close to the water surface. I had a fantastic time. Good for dropouts, couples or family who can also occupy themselves. Price/performance was excellent!

We arrived late. The hosts provided us with everything, unlocked the house and lit the driveway, so you had an impeccable arrival. The communication here was great. The house is beautifully situated on the farm of Lotta and Jimmy, with lots of animals and in the great greenery and fields. A few minutes' walk to the coast, where you can take beautiful, long walks. By car, you can reach the next place in a few minutes, where you can stock up on all the things of everyday life. In less than 40 minutes you are in Kalmar and can also do a lot here and explore the city. The beautiful ancient cafe "Kullzenska Cafeet" is recommended here. A clear recommendation for a few quiet, relaxing days are given by us.

We enjoyed the beautiful house, the nice accommodation and the beautiful surroundings very much. Everything was top and Magnus is a marvelous host. This is a truly holiday paradise on earth. Really worth it and we will definitely go back. Thanks Magnus! !

Fantastic and idyllic house with a fantastic garden in the middle of the forest. The house had everything you could wish for and everything was nice and lovely. the surroundings were beautiful, close to hiking trails and nature reserves. From the house you could walk in a beautiful forest along a forest road, enough for a long evening walk. the house was close to the city and shopping opportunities. We recommend a go flat and mosquito spray 5 ⭐️ from here, we and the dogs enjoyed the peace. We'll definitely be back. thank you very much

We were in the house as a family with three adult children. Everything was as described and we felt very comfortable, we used the terraces a lot and also the hot tub and the grill. Sometimes deer, hares or squirrels visited. Unfortunately, it was still a little too cold for the beautiful swimming spot. Thank you very much for the nice time

A real royal country house, better can't be found! A wonderful combination of old and ultra-modern. The fact that we then once again had incredible luck with the weather improved our stay even more, if that's possible!? Tomas was incredibly helpful and keen for us to have a good time with him. Everything was very adapted for our family and the kids really enjoyed it! The proximity to both Kalmar Castle, playgrounds, restaurants and concert area made it easy for us to explore Kalmar and we are happy to stay more times at Tomas's place!

It was a spontaneous booking for us, on the way back from the north to Trelleborg. Anna was easily accessible and her husband personally greeted us and showed us the house. We felt very comfortable. At breakfast, you can watch the wildlife, such as the roe deer behind the house or the red deer. Very nice, in the middle of nature. The lake is less than 300 meters away. The house offers a lot of space and comfort. Beds were very comfortable. I'm sure we'll be back!

An incredibly large and beautiful apartment, with a super nice bathroom, large and well-equipped kitchen. The apartment even has a pool table, 2 seating areas and a dining table that matched the number of people. We were 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space, both in bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen. I have stayed in a hotel room, etc. with overall less space than there is in the bathroom, which is more like a ballroom, with a 2-person jacuzzi, a delicious shower niche and even a large sauna. Frida is very helpful, thoughtful and kind. Absolutely recommended for a trip with the family in Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's world.

We had a perfect stay at Malin’s beautiful home. It had everything we needed and was in a super location close enough to walk into the city and all its attractions. Thank you Malin and family for making our introduction to Kalmar so memorable.

Thank you for a very nice stay! We were 2 adults and 4 children, all very happy with this accommodation. Clean, fresh, cozy courtyard, close to the beach, nice surroundings, comfortable beds, smooth check-in and clear communication from the hosts. Luxurious bed linen, towels and cleaning included! Fully equipped kitchen. Thoughtful details such as toys for the children and an appreciated candy bowl. Will gladly come back! The accommodation is highly recommended.

Nice small house and garden in a quiet location and close to the beach. There was a simpler hot tub and toys, high chair and potty. Perfect for our little family with children!

Everything was as you would imagine from the description. The hostess was very nice and the accommodation was impeccable. A supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away.

We had fantastic days in this tastefully renovated house (church school). Very clean and tidy. Very well-equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and a freezer. Also two Dishwashers. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for all of us (14 adults and 5 small children). Lovely and child-friendly garden. No problem reaching the host with questions. The house had a rowing boat at the swimming area 2 km from the house that we used. We had sunny May weather and could sit in the garden and eat lunch. The dining table in the kitchen had room for all of us. We can really recommend the house and hope we can come back another time.

The house are beautiful. You can't see how beautiful it is in the photos. We felt completely comfortable. You can tell how lovingly everything was arranged. The bicycles to rent were great and you can also quickly reach a beautiful beach by bike. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Impeccable home in a gorgeous location. It was perfect for our stay to both relax and also be very close to Kalmar for activities. Jesper was extremely responsive and kind and made us feel right at home. 10/10 would recommend.

Great house in a fantastically beautiful and quiet location and with a lot of views. We, a large family with a kindergarten child and teenagers, enjoyed the stay very much, the children had a lot of fun in the pool and in the garden set up for children, we adults especially enjoyed the sunsets on the terrace. Kitchen and house are perfectly equipped. Asa was very warm and quickly accessible for any questions. We therefore extended our stay, also because the beautiful surroundings have many excursion possibilities to offer.

The cottage is in a quiet and leafy location. Rural feeling with a short distance to Karlskrona. Simple and smooth check-in to the cottage, which is completely cleaned and with beds made. Like coming home, but being away. The second time we rent the cottage and we are as happy as last time. A great place.
