At the back of the house, there is a private, secluded place for lovely barbecue evenings and relaxation. It is about 20 km to the ferry port and 30 km to Borgholm. We live about 4 km from Bjärbybadet, a nice and popular sandy beach. There are also many other beaches nearby. Welcome to Öland! One double bed and two rooms with single beds. Living room upstairs. The cabin is perfect as a holiday home or for those who are out at work. The swimming area is 400 meters from the cabin. Boat place is 200 meters from the cabin and boat can be rented if you have a boat experience. Patio with its own lawn area Stove, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker. Near to bus station. Note: Close to busy road. The cottage is located on the owner's property. Unfortunately, bed linens, towels and final cleaning are not included! Private parking on the plot. South entrance, marked "125"

Röhällastugan

En lantlig och mysig stuga på Öland – med egen uteplats, grill, pergola och utsikt över ängar. Stugan ligger i kanten av vår privata trädgård – ibland kan du se oss på håll, men vi respekterar din vistelse 🌿 Totalrenoverad i gammaldags stil med ett sovrum och litet sovloft. 1000m till vattnet och 9 min till Ölandsbron. Nära naturen, men ändå nära centrum. Obs: Låg takhöjd (2 m) i sovrum och badrum. Inget separat vardagsrum – endast det som syns på bilderna. Liten MEN otroligt mysig 🫶🏼

Completely renovated cottage in 2024. Come and enjoy your holiday with your partner/family in a cosy place. The cottage is about 9km from the city and we are close to excursions on foot, bike and with car. The cottage is the accommodation for you who want to stay and enjoy your holiday as we have a fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine. If you are a bigger family, you can book our Attefallshus next door, so you have the whole plot and all the patio to yourself.

Stand-alone newly built apartment building in central Kalmar. Approximately 30 sqm large incl. sleeping loft with two single beds and sofa bed. Open in knock. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and freezer as well as bathroom with shower and washing machine. Located at the back of a villa plot in a lush garden, with the feeling of being in the countryside. 800m to the city center, 900m to Kalmar castle/bathing area and 4km drive to the Öland bridge.

Guest house with seaview

Djupvik is characterized by a long rocky coast with fantastic cycling and hiking trails. The guest house is about 80 meters from the beach and has a wonderful view of the water. In the evenings, you can enjoy amazing sunsets. There are 2 patios, east and west-facing. To the swimming jetty, it is about 300 meters. Restaurant Elise is open in Djupvik during the summer. Approximately 6 km to grocery store and restaurants.

Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.
