Nice functional little villa, clean and well presented. The neighbourhood is calm and there is an excellent Taverne at 3 minutes walking distance. We didn't go to the near beach but found the location very convenient to visit Balos, Falassarna and Elafonissi beaches. Kassimos is the closest town with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. Overall highly recommend!

A fantastic house with wonderful sea views and all the comforts! Tastefully decorated with good quality both indoors and outdoors. Very private location without visibility. Lovely balcony with pool, parasols and outdoor furniture. We were personally received in the house at the appointed time and were given a tour of the house and all its features, as well as a basket of specialties from Crete. Walking distance about 5-10 minutes to Plakias with shops and restaurants. The only thing we wished for was a few more hooks to hang clothes on.

I gave it 5 stars for everything, but if I could, I would have given at least 7. The place was clean and tidy, in a nice quiet location and at the same time convenient for excursions in the area. What makes the difference, however, is the host: where do you find a host who upon arrival makes you find local welcome food on the table as well as the refrigerator full of foodstuffs? Also one morning he invited us to his home to enjoy a typical Greek breakfast: more than a host a fraternal friend! Father Nikolaos is of absolute kindness: always ready to meet every request and to give advice on places and places to visit in the area. I recommend everyone to try their welcome: I guarantee a person that you will not be disappointed, on the contrary... you will leave with an extra friend.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Crete! The location was absolutely perfect—centrally positioned on the island, it made exploring both the east and west sides, as well as all the nearby towns, super convenient. The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported throughout our visit. The grounds were impeccably maintained and much larger than the photos portray. One of the highlights was the charming taverna right next door, and there were plenty of other great restaurants less than 10 minutes away by car. The warm hospitality from everyone we met made it feel like a true home away from home. We can’t wait to return one day and would wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone planning a trip to Crete.

Perfect place, exactly as in the photos and description. Every comfort is available. Great location to visit the west of the island and very nice village. Flexible check-in time, we arrived around 7:30 pm and were greeted in a perfect and super helpful way. There is also a common area with a washing machine for free use, great comfort. There are also two kittens who live in the courtyard in front, they gave us welcome back all the days and have a good morning every morning, beautiful. In conclusion, it was a great stay!!

Very comfortable apartment and really kind and helpful host!

The house is very nice, quiet, a few steps from a beach with a few umbrellas already on the beach and sun loungers present in the house (maybe an umbrella to carry around would be useful). Vasilis was precious with his advice (we followed them more or less all!), he does everything to make you feel comfortable and is ready to follow the suggestions to improve (shower box absolutely to be repaired and a clothesline is needed, currently the space for laundry is really small, especially for 4) and if a problem arises, he takes action to solve it; thanks also to his dad, for being so patient and diligent in solving some small problems of the moment🙏🏽. The kitchen is comfortable, well-stocked, clean (maybe to add a microwave, but it is not essential). The bed and bath linen is clean and of a good standard... Vasilis, keep doing your best to maintain this wonderful little house that we left with a heavy heart.❤ Thank you again for everything.

When we arrived my partner said what have you booked. HOWEVER from that point on the accommodation was superb, hoist views amenities out of this world. We found a bar Naya bar ^ restaurant which is a 3 minute walk right of the apartment. The food and hospitality was 100%.We did eat else where but it didn't compare. Food and drinks was reasonably priced and out of this world. This location for this apartment is spot on for the town of Kissimos. (20 mins walk tops) On our trip we did the top main beaches which are apartment is sentral. If you want to be off the grid or a quiet location for your family this is the place. Our hoist accommodated to our every needs like taking sun loungers on the beach. I will definitely recommend these apartments. I had the top terrace wow waking up to sea front views was unbelievable. To sum these apartments is a hidden gem.Cleaned every couple of days.Happy memories from the UK 🇬🇧 thank you x
