The rural quiet location is ideal for a break, bike tours and inline skating, but also offers a good starting point for trips to the North Sea and Baltic Sea or to Hamburg, Kiel and Glückstadt.

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). The bright and modern rooms are very cozy and invite you to linger. It should be mentioned that the bedrooms are all accessible via stairs. The nature reserve with a large playground, as well as the Holstentherme, are within walking distance. HH Airport is about 25 minutes by car.

The scenic surroundings in and around Kellinghusen offer many opportunities for outdoor activities, such as canoeing trips and bike rides. The outdoor swimming pool of Kellinghusen is nearby. The train station of Wrist with train connections to Hamburg, Kiel, Neumünster, Pinneberg and Elmshorn is only 5 km away.
