New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

There is a marina and fishing port, a charming tavern and a grill bar. Local Brewery with courtyard and several other eateries. The nature on Reersø is completely unique, and you can take a walk along the cliff or visit the beautiful and peaceful beach. If you fish, the peninsula is known for its unique trout waters. Relax in this unique and brand new cottage, which is just a few minutes' walk to the beach, with a fantastic view of Jammerland Bay and the Great Belt Bridge. There is always peace and tranquility in a gated community. With plenty of wildlife in the free and wild nature, with deer that often come very close. 11 km to Novo Nordisk, there is a direct back road there, so you don't have to drive in a queue.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
