The cozy cottage from 1923 is located in the first row overlooking Kalundborg Fjord. On the ground floor there is a lovely living room and kitchen with direct access to a large wooden terrace with sea views. There is a private staircase down to the beach with a jetty. There are several beautiful view terraces. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a heat pump. There is a bathroom with underfloor heating. On the first floor there are bedrooms with stunning views. In the garden there is an annex with 2 beds. In the garden are the most beautiful trees.

Thatched idyll on Reersø

This little thatched house, Maliskens, offers all the idyllic and cozy atmosphere you can dream of when the family needs to relax and have fun. The house is from 1900 and is well located with shorter distances to the beach, cafes, the local tavern and the harbor environment on beautiful Reersø. The house is small and authentic, which contributes to the presence and real Danish coziness. On the 'island' there are various artists, ceramists, the local museum and Reersø is known for its beautiful hiking route, 'Around the Island', as well as its tailless cats.

The kitchen has all the facilities, with a barbecue outdoors, and in the summer there are plenty of berries in the garden as well as horseradish, which you can eat. At the end of the road (the dam) you come to the nature area, where you can walk the Røsnæs round route.

The house is spacious and well furnished with four good bedrooms, a large kitchen and living room. There is everything you need for a cozy stay. The cottage is located a 10-minute drive from beautiful Vesterlyng Strand and in the middle of scenic areas.

Remember to bring your own bed linen, sheets, towels, dishcloths and tea towels as well as toilet paper and, if necessary, kitchen roll. Also bring firewood for the wood-burning stove** Just a few minutes' walk leads you into the forest and there is about a 15-minute walk down to the beach which offers a good bathing jetty, the cleanest sea water and the most beautiful sunset.

There is a nature on Røsnæs with a lighthouse, which is worth visiting, and the house is located so that you can choose walks on both the north and south sides of Røsnæs. There are swimming opportunities from the swimming bridge and opportunities for coastal fishing, tennis, golf and to visit wine farmers.

You can walk around Røsnæs, experience the historic lighthouse Røsnæs Fyr and visit the area's many wineries.

The property has its own small lake/water hole with lots of wildlife, including frogs, birds and deer. In dry summer, the water level is very low. There are bicycles for free use. The house is 500 meters from a lovely beach. During the summer period, week 25 to week 32, the booking is a minimum of 3 days.
