Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kamaole Beach Park I

A++++++ owners, place was great for what we needed. Sleeps 2-3 comfy, might be able to squeeze in a 4th. Full mini kitchen, patio, pool/spa/BBQ’s, tennis courts. 1/4 mile walking distance to beach. Cute wildlife w/ birds & chicken all over property. Everyone was friendly. 5-10min from downtown Kihei shopping & grocery stores.

Lovely condo with great amenities in a fantastic location. Apartment was peaceful and very comfortable. Jill was a communicative and helpful host.

Beautiful space- views and ocean front sounds of crashing waves were amazing. And so much sea turtle activity. Never stayed in a place with such a well stocked kitchen with pans and cooking implements. First rate. Very quiet area and a larger beach for swimming is a couple blocks walk away.

April was perfectly communicative and responsive. She proactively solved an issue within a responsable amount of time and we found the rental to have everything we needed for a walkable beach trip in Kihei. The pool area was also quite nice with a public hot tub that we were able to use at different occasions when the families with loud children finally vacated the area. The location cannot be beat for thise who want to walk. The rental even had beach chairs and umbrellas that made our beach days more enjoyable.

Adams place was everything we hoped it would be and I checked out dozens in the area before we picked this one. Walkable (within 5 min) to many great restaurants and cool little shops for t-shirts and beachy wear at great prices. The beaches are pristine and start right across the street running in both directions. Watching the surfers was a daily activity as well as the watching the beautiful sunsets. The condo had all of the beach toys you might want and even though it's a one bedroom I can see a family staying here. Adam was responsive and got back to us almost immediately with the couple of questions I had.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sam’s condo. It’s in a fantastic location in Kihei and just a few min walk from the beach. The condo is large, well-kept, very well stocked with everything you could need for a short or long stay. It was very quiet and private as well and Sam is very friendly and helpful.

Terri's place is across the street from Kamaole I which is the north end of about a mile of just fabulous beach. You could in theory hit Costco on your way to the condo and not have to drive again till you go back to the airport. That is if it weren't for the ten other fabulous beaches within 15 minutes drive. Four of us stayed at Terri's 16 nights and would definitely stay there again. Thank you for sharing this jewel of a place with us Terri!

This is a wonderful stay. Cozy spot for 2-4 people. Darlynn was very kind and accommodating host. The A/C and fans worked very well and the kitchen had all you needed and some. This place had tons of beach amenities from surf boards, umbrellas, chairs and even floats. washer and Dryer was a great bonus. Hot shower and the pool and hot tub was the icing on the cake after a long day the beach. Mahalo, Darlynn for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful place and area. Right on the beach, which was amazing. Lots of towels, no need to bring your own shampoo, etc. as those are provided. Well stocked kitchen too. Beach chairs, etc. were also provided. Great trip! We will be back!

Has an awesome view with a relatively short walk to the beach. (We actually saw sea turtles there!!) The location was not far from wherever we wanted to go. The beds were comfy (a big plus for us after multiple back surgeries), as was the sectional sofa. Plenty of room for us to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked and having a washer/dryer available was extremely helpful. I may have missed this in the posting, but the first floor is a separate rentable area than the second floor. Luckily no one was in the first floor so we basically had the place to ourselves. We'd definitely stay again and had a wonderful time!!!

The stay was special to say the least. It was private and the walkable beach was quiet and beautiful. The town of Kihei has everything you need with close stores, restaurants, gas stations and snorkel rental. The house was perfect for our family with a space our child could sleep free of noise from the rest of the house while we were awake so we could enjoy the ocean from the porch and the jacuzzi tub. Would definitely stay again while on Maui!

Our ohana had the best time at Pookela Paradise. Mark was extremely helpful and so much aloha. Our family was well accommodated and was so nice to have a place for us to stay in Makawao. Mahalo again Mark! We will definitely be back

Beautiful condo, had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, condo was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning unit in living room and bedroom kept us cool and comfortable. Great location with park and beach right across the street and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. I'll definitely be coming back.

Pamela’s place is amazing! As a host Pamela was very welcoming and gave a great tour of her place. The view is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are perfect! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Pamela!

Clean and easy accom, Emma was easy to deal with. The place was relaxing. Outdoor shower a standout.

The Turtle House was welcoming, comfortable, and spacious for four adults. Peacefully located between Paia and beautiful beaches, it was a perfect base. We especially enjoyed quiet mornings and lunches on the side porch.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! It was exactly as described. The beds were super comfortable. Loved having beach items like boogie boards, chairs and an umbrella! The view was amazing and I enjoyed having coffee on the lanai every morning. I was able to spot at least one sea turtle every day too! The location was great if you are looking for a more quiet area. It was also great as a springboard for activities all over the island. Thank you!

Really cute and well appointed space. Everything you could want in the kitchen. Bed and linens were very comfortable. I will definitely book again with Ted!

Is our second time at Lori’s place and it was amazing, you can walk everywhere (restaurants, beaches), make your own food and beach gear is so convenient to have. I hope to be back soon!

My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful stay here! The space was clean and in a great location. Walking distance to shops and great food spots. Elizabeth is very responsive and made the check in and out process very easy! We were even able to get an early check in. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting!

The condo was perfect for the last part of our vacation. The beach was beautiful and we got the chance to swim a bunch and see some turtles!! It was so nice to have a full kitchen and be able to cook a little. Great location easy to find and Craig was incredibly helpful the whole time!! I would absolutely stay here again!!

My family and I enjoyed spending a week at this accommodation. It was a very short walk to a great beach area. We especially appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of a wagon, chairs, and umbrellas to make it even better and more enjoyable. We also really appreciated the detailed recommendations provided. This must be one of the best deals on the island.

Condo was across the street from a beach and had a beautiful ocean front view. It was located a short walking distance from the beautiful Maui Gardens which has beautiful trees and flowers and several food trucks serving food from many nationalities. The Maui Gardens also had live entertainment. The condo itself was quiet and offered the use of snorkeling gear, surf boards, and beach towels. We had a very pleasant experience.

Ashley has a wonderful home and was a very helpful and friendly host. The location was excellent and the space was exactly as described. We look forward to returning in the future for another stay.
