G210A - This one-bedroom/one bath studio is conveniently located on the 2nd Floor near the front entrance of the popular Maui Banyan, close to the pool, hot tub, barbecues, elevator, front office, and within a short walking distance from Kamaole Beach II and its beautiful sunsets! Many restaurants within walking distance as well. This small unit includes a compact fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a wall-unit AC. We also provide beach chairs and towels. It is recently updated, fully furnished and equipped with full kitchen, Queen size bed and a crib for an infant and a twin air mattress (no sofa-bed). NOTE: The Kihei Kai Nani resort has been zoned as a Hotel / Business Resort since it was built in the 70's. It is not one of the resorts being targeted by current legislation to curb Short Term Rentals on Maui.
